michlins:
the toy comes with two batteries which you can only use one at a time and the other a spare. So if it's battery, one should be good and the other bad. What are the odds that the two batteries are bad?

Not as improbable as you might imagine.

michlins:
I have no reason to return it because it's working as expected. How can you advise me to change the battery of a supposedly brand new item? You said I broke warranty by opening the box, how else do you want me to use it? Why are you contracting yourself?

It's not even the battery because there are two batteries and both can't be bad. You packaged a faulty item and sold to me as brand new and in perfect condition.

Before you tell me that I was the one who opened the box,no be today people are packaging used items and selling as new. You were deliberate in selling a defective toy car to me

Try change the batteries first. What do you mean both can't be bad

that galaxy s10 costs over $1000 when it was brand new.
it is being presented as being currently in use.
i have also done a quick look see at the sellers profile

neither the background, nor the seller present as the possible owner/user of a N450k+ phone
if like so many other devices sold here, the phone was presented as switched off and outrightly for sale i would not be commenting

as it is i have to wonder, and anyone buying too should wonder -what is the actual source of the phone

be advised that however sloppy one thinks naija police are, when they are motivated, there can be real trouble

people have been arrested for buying phones that turned out to be taken from kidnap victims
the killers of cynthia okusogu sold her BB and police traced it to a buyer in PH
a person's galaxy was fixed with the chip from a stolen galaxy phone and police came knocking

a stolen phone can be traced and the buyer can end up in a world of trouble if the owner has the resources to push for its recovery.

a word is enough for the wise

No vex oh, but na pure rubbish be this. Seller doesn't seem like he can afford a 450k phone? What? Like, wtf? Background doesn't look like where a 450k phone can be in? Na wa oh

And just to be clear, the phone sef no be 450k phone. Hasn't been for a long while. Sold off my S10 plus for 170k over a year ago.
