Depression is realy bad,only those who have gone through it will exactley know what I mean.it even come with so many symptoms which the doctors often get cnfused for another problem,but I was able to overcome depression with some diet which is very active..please anyone suffering from this silent killer called depression should alwas know that this diet is able to crush depression within two weeks. |
