so windows 10 CD is a guarantee that after effects will work? I laugh in Swahili

I know system specs determines where or not it'll but let her try that first. My laptop asked me to upgrade to 10 before after effect would work

the reason why I asked is that, my laptop cannot support adobe after effects so I want an alternative.

Get Windows 10 cd and install
