I had similar experience at Conoil Jumofak bus stop IKORODU. To start with, their dispensing pumping has been tampered with. The attendant did not know im working in the industry [ oil and gas). All there gimmicks is at my finger tips. They have two attendant one is selling and the other was there to distract to you so that you can be cheated. The moment i was distracted and carry out their abracadabra. I jst told him to sell my fuel complete or else i will crear scene for them now.
I went to meet their manager whuch also part of the fraud. The guy wanted to proof stubborn, i brought out my ID card and threaten them to call dpr official for them. I went back to the pump and recall the last sale which show how much he sold to my car. Guy to cut the story, they balance my remaining fuel.
They are all thieves .....

Restriction of movement doesn't guarantee cleanliness especially in a state like lagos.
You are only telling people to take 2-3hrs home rest before they go out hustling again.
What Falana is saying is that, there's is an allocated amount of money for environmental sanitation in lagos state and the money should be use to employ more personnel and more equipment to clean the state.
Locking people up every last Saturday of the month all because of sanitation is an old practice. In fact it's breach on human right.

Enforcement. When the sanitation officer inspect your environment and it ut not cleaned , they fine you. That was hownit was done then. We nigerians are very srubborn people. We need clean environment but we dont want to work towards it. Go yo Rwanda and check how the countrynis clean, how fo they do it. Forget about human right we are very stubborn people. I strongly disagree with Baba Falz on this.

With the huge population of Lagos state, it is very necessary. Circle back to when there was environmental sanitation, Lagos was hardly flooded cos people cleared their drainages instead of waiting for the government to handle everything.

On the other hand, LAWMA needs to be overhauled. They are ineffective, some of their PSP truck drivers are drug addicts and their trucks are very dirty. I know of streets in Lagos (e.g. areas under Alimosho LGA) where LAWMA trucks hardly visit due to road issues, these are also some of the challenges with inner city roads in Lagos and Sanwo-Olu hasn't done much in that regard.

I concur with your opinions. Mr Falana should pls allow Lagod sanitation to function. Lagosian are very stubborn they will not observe the monthly sanitatiin if they allow free movement . There should be restriction of movement in order to be effective.
LAWMA has to be overhauled as you have stated. Imagine for good 4 months they did not show up in my estate. Some of us have made payment for a year.
Imagine abandoned refuse for 4 months , the entire community was litered with refuse. Lagos government needs to do somethibg about it as matter of urgency
