Hi guys my name is Ebube I finished secondary school 7year ago ever since then I have been working and saving money so I can be able to start up a business of my own currently I stay in kogi all my life but I'm from Ebonyi state .

So recently my uncle sold the family land and gave me part so currently is have some reasonable naira and I plan to leave for Lagos soon but I have little issues on how to go about. So I have nobody to help or lead me in Lagos I'm just going there on my own to start a business so my question.

1.How do I go about it ?
2. I plan on selling foodstuff ?
3. Which area and market will be conducive for
me to start this business.

Please I really need your advice . Your opinion matters alot
Please. Please. Do not come to Lagos.

The economy is bad. Businesses crumbling because business climate is no longer conducive. Cost of living is high. Coupled with the fact the authorities no longer encourage migration of people into the city without visible means of livelihood.

But if you're bent on selling foodstuffs,

Mile 12 in Ketu

Idioro Mushin

Agege market

These locations are good for foodstuffs business.

Good luck

Deluded empty braggart and megalomaniac. "No IBO's,no Nigeria" ba? Is that why everyone is asking Igbos to leave their land with the Northerners you mocked as "parasite", for decades, giving you quit notice to leave the North only for you people to be begging up and down?

Nigerians have finally realized whatever Igbos claimed they have or do, they have or do for themselves alone. Most now understand you Igbos are absolutely worthless to Nigeria and even a disruptive and divisive negative overall.

That is why most are telling you worthless folks, the real parasites of Nigeria today, to leave. You take so much from others yet give nada in return. With how Nigeria is so toxically divided today, the door is the only thing many will be showing Igbos.
Still on your misguided, gratuitous insults laced with childish and infantile verbosity.

Ask your parents the real worth of Igbo man in Nigerian warped federalism and he will gladly tell you their worth and real contribution to the development of Nigerian state. Not your verbose and ethnic filled narrative.

From Otuoke in Bayelsa state to rustic farmlands of Ogbomosho and to Laura Namoda in Zamfara state, the worth of Igbo man is felt because of his humongous contributions to the development of those areas. He hardly socialise because he thinks more of his business and what he could do to assist humanity.

Unlike your kindred in the party mood all the time and with vast extortionist tendencies to fleece the hard working minded individual. He is loved and adored.

I am.therefore surprised with your spineless historical verbosity woven in outright half truths and infantile sensationalism on how Igbo's are hated and always asked to leave their lands of domicile. I think it is your imagination, filled with rabid nationalism.

Try to get a life and stop hating. Hating doesn't pay. The experiences professor Moyo Okediji who hated Igbo's and wrote damming articles against them because Gbadebo Vivour was standing elections should teach you useful lessons. Same Igbo's he hated came to his rescue when at throes of death with Police.

May God touch your heart to stop hating!

I am not a fan of Tinubu. But he is trying hard to correct the wrongs of Buhari's administration where leadership was etched on northern ideal.

Impunity reigned supreme under the previous adminstration. Buhari, a man stoked with bias, nepotism, bigotry, clannishness and supermacist ethno religious agenda brought Nigeria's progress and development to her knees.

Corruption became institutionalized under Buhari. Cronyism, nepotism was rife. Appointments were steeped in ethnic and religious chauvinism.

It's therefore not surprising that they are crying that FCT Minister should have been a northerner and Muslim. And not a Southerner and Christian.

Such rubbish comments is assault on our collective survival as a nation. It's crass arrogance and misguided taunt. Tinubu should continue with the revolution by reorganising the society.

North is bereft of education. And yet, they want to lord it over others. This must stop.

Tinubu should restructure the country based on true fiscal federalism and let's see how they would survive it with their Lord of The Manor attitude.

This is the time to extricate ourselves from Fulani hegemony and expansionism. Nigeria's progress is slowed down by these overlords who believes Nigeria's their birthright.

On with the revolution, Tinubu. Nigerians are behind you!

Useful lessons should be learnt from this incident.

That despite our differences, we are still our brothers keeper. Not minding political rigmarole and subterfuge inherent in the dirty game of winning elections.

The last elections gives the impression that Igbo and Yoruba are sworn eternal enemies. But it's not so based on this narrative and Moyo, the Yoruba Odyssey to Nigeria and his eventual rescue from imminent death at the hands security agencies by Igbo youths.

Those shouting Igbo is-this and-that will learn useful lessons from this incident that the so-called Igbo wicked agenda is the orchestration of politcians and ethnic bigots. Not the real common on the street behind this negative contraption and usage.

Let's embrace peace and love one another as exemplified by Moyo's assault and rescue by Igbo youths.

Henceforth, let's carpet promoters of hate on Nairaland who thinks Igbo and Yoruba are sworn enemies.

My salute to those brave young men who risked their lives to save a person in dire straits. From police brutality and extortion.

Your comments reveal how infantile you are. How narrow minded and ethnically biased.

I insist, No Igbo,No Nigeria. Your half baked President, Buhari confirmed it. Ditto Obasanjo.

Nigeria's the draw back to southeast development. If the people exit Nigeria, I assure you they would explore the moon within 5 years.

The Nigerian civil war exposed the ingenuity of the people. Unfortunately, they lost the war to centrifugal forces and not via the firepower of Nigerian army who were discrepant and unprepared for the war.

North cannot give Igbo's Quit Notice because many of their leaders have foggy Nigerian identity complex phobia. They are not Nigerians by general definition of ethnic identity.

Buhari in 1985 chose Niger Republic national to be Secretary General of OAU, Now African Union, in preference to Nigerian candidate. He was Military Head of State then. And you're ignobly proud of being Nigerian, ba?

Nigeria cannot come out from the present socio-economic morass because it is cursed with people with your mindset - ethnically biased and sees issues from primordial prism

Why not true fiscal federalism or we dissolve the Union. We are just creeping without focus and pride of nationhood.

Nigeria has killed Igbo dreams!

It was rather the Ilorin people who rose against af00nja in their stupidity because they were made to believe af00nja was an infidel. Well, Af00nja was the one stupid in the first place and when he later realized his stupid mistake, it was late for him. The Ilorin people also eventually realised their stupid mistake since they were getting killed by the Fulani thus rose up against the Fulani and chased them all out. When the British came, they met Balogun Alanamu ruling Ilorin but he wouldn't submit to the British thus he was exiled.

Lagos was Nigerian capital as far back as 1922 and this attracted people all over the country. Some were transferred from various ministries and parastatals to the city.

Some countries encouraging Ekpa to destabilise Nigeria, says CDS

Federal government should be blamed for all this.

Since Nnamdi KANU factor is brewing this insecurity in the South East, why not free him after due consultations with leaders in the region. Why the continued incarceration based on endless legal lacuna.

His release will encounter and checkmate Simon Ekpa's continued onslaught against the military and Nigerian state.

I think Nigeria's not ready for peace. Some people in Aso Rock are benefiting from the mayhem being unleashed in the region.

I pity the military being killed on daily basis.

Issues like this is the reason there are coups and military uprising in.many African countries

We are lucky our military has been weakened and polarised into ethnic and religious lines to think of any insurrection.

Fulani didn't conquer Ilorin na. It was the Ilorin people who joined Alimi's son to fight against Af00nja in the battle. In their naivety, Ilorin people fought against Af00nja to install an emir because of one nonsensical Arab religion/culture they accepted. Well, it was Af00nja who invited Alimi & his son in the first place after he had problem with the Alafin of Oyo. When Af00nja eventually realised his mistake, it was too late for him because the people already got lured into one nonsensical Arab religion/culture thus rose against him because they were made to believe that Af00nja was an infidel.

However, the Ilorin people later realized their stupid mistake because the Ilorin people were also being labeled as infidels while getting killed by the Fulanis who were all about stealing their land in the first place thus the Balogun Alanamu joined hand with the other Yoruba to oust the Emir and other Fulanis. As a matter of fact, the British met the Balogun Alanamu ruling in Ilorin but he wouldn't submit to the British thus the British sent him on exile to jebba while the British brought back the ousted Emir since the British needed a ruler in Ilorin who would submit to the British whereas Alanamu's vassals rather preferred to follow Balogun Alanamu on his exile.

All these are in the old British archive who acknowledged the fact that it was Balogun Alanamu ruling Ilorin tongue
