Torg77:You actually sounded reasonable, asking for a paper trail, until you accused the poster of lying. You are the wicked one, downplaying what people have suffered because of this young man's heartlessness. Just pray, you never fall victim to fraudsters, leaving you penniless, with mouths to feed. When it happens to you, people will laugh at you and call you a liar, insensitive pig! |
pythonkid:Really? Those photos are from his university days, we got them from his facebook page. If you would use old photos to judge someone's place of work, then you should have your head examined. Block head! May you lose your source of livelihood to a fraudster, just like this unfortunate human being has done to many people. Idiot! |

I slowly opened my eyes, becoming conscious of my surroundings and sat up in bed as I stared at the several butts of blunts laying in the ashtray on the bedside table. I reached for my phone. Messages ranging from ‘I love yous’ to ‘Becca I miss you, when will you come over’ popped up on my notifications. I sighed, totally not in the mood for non-beneficial mushy-mushy emotion-spilling broke-boyfriends; I need a sugar daddy. ‘Just like that’ I thought to myself. ‘Just like that, Prisca don go Dubai, come back, still buy Range Rover join. ‘…..no wan take the same step wey I take last year wey no work for me o’ Ruthie was singing. I smiled, ‘Las las, everywhere go stew’ Our worries were diverse. Our fears and goals differed. It was high time I left behind all temporary and self-depreciating escapades. Now I’m being compelled to grow. To grow, to spread all out, breaking through barriers and limitations; To plunge deep into my darkest, release all hidden potentials and do great exploits. Ruthie was still singing. “Short girl” I greeted her, smiling. She looked up from the dishes she was washing, she had tears in her eyes. My feet went cold. I hated ‘Struggle’. “What is it this time?” I inquired. No response. She only went on sobbing. Too early for this emotional drama. “Are you going to say something or you just need time alone to cry it all out? Whatever the ‘all’ may be”. Still no response. Another text popped up in my notification, it was Shewa. Texts from Shewa usually demanded immediate attention. I opened it and at first wished I didn’t. She sent loads of pictures from her vacation with her boyfriend. How depressing. She was all glowed up and her Prince Charming was charmingly cute as well, smiling all over. God is today my day? The previous day had been dramatic. After the movie at Ozone, we decided to attend Lex’s house party at VGC. The party seemed to permit 50 shades of atrocities. We had fun doing all sorts. Never mind the “sorts”, I’d let your imagination run wild. And now that the fun is behind us, I got grown-up stuff to do. Grown-up stuffs like: Figuring out how Prisca was able to buy a Range Rover sport when I don’t even have a Camry registered to my name, understanding why Mary was curled up in bed strangely like she had dreamt of the horror-doll named Chuckey, leaving Ruthie to her early-morning moping because as a grown-up you gotta respect people’s privacy (and right now, I wasn’t in the ‘a friend in need is a friend indeed’ mood). I walked away from her to find Lex. We needed to restore sanity back to the house. From empty champagne bottles and half consumed bottles of Hennessy, to cigarette butts and condom wraps; It looked like Sodom and Gomorrah in here... https://lingoafrica.com/diary-of-a-lagos-girl-grown-ish/
