Muller tend to move to a support striker so with 2 wingers and Muller+ lewy we would only be able to play 2 midfielders, If we play vs a strong team that crowds the middle, we will get overpowered in the middle and Muller+Lewy will get isolated upfront

You are right and that why Pep drop lewa for Muller at the beginning of last season to accommodate 2 winger and three midfielders before lewa came in and score 5 goal against Wolfsburg. Since then pep started playing the two together with two winger.

When playing against team that crowds the midfield pep sometime deployed 3:5:2 formation whereby Lahm and Alaba move into the midfield thereby giving us some edge in the middle while Alonso drop deep in between the two CB To cover for for Lahm and Alaba runs in the middle and Muller and lewa play the role they are supposed play on that day.

Ancelotti is not doing badly only that we lost to a very tough opponent.

Lahm is the most culprit of the two. Don't know where his mind was yesterday. Same can't be said about Muller cuz he was play out of position.

Don't know what some coaches see playing Muller at RW. This was the same position he was played at the euro which render him useless. If ancelotti can not play him behind lewa, then one should be bench why the other should be play as the lone striker.

We had some fair chances yesterday which will throw away. if we play with our first eleven in the second leg, I believe we will beat them at the allianz arena and as well top the group which is the most important.

Baba no quality winger at the market o. Ribery is no longer ribery and Coman is still learning. If we could get hazard at a reasonable price. We should go for him o. He can improve same way costa improve under the right tutelage.

Ribery should just retire next year or go to MLS or China and enjoy himself there. We need reinforcement in that position next season and hazard is not a bad idea either.

Our performance yesterday was not that bad only that Athletico is a team that is very tough to crack.

When I watch there match against barca, I knew draw is the only the best result we can get at the Calderon.

Ribery did not play badly yesterday although age has really catch up on him. Muller was just useless at RW. Don't know why ancelotti keep playing him there.

Lahm was below average yesterday. In fact, at a time, I was really staring at the TV to check whether it was truly Lahm or it another person playing shit like that.

I don't know who to blame for the goal bt neuer positioning led to the goal. At least the shot could have been parry if neuer was not thinking of something else.

Kudos to athletico. They deserve the three point.

Our transition from defense to midfield and attack was so good that will had 28 short attempt today. It could have been more than 6 self if not for some brilliant saves from Bremen goalkeeper.
