I've been dating dis guy for almost a year now, & i love him so much. Sometime last month, he called me on phone and said we need to talk. When he called me later in the day, he said his uncle has made placements for him to go to canada to further his education. Meanwhile, he has promised to marry me. When i heard the news, i was so depressed, cos he is my first love. He wasn't happy too, so we both sat down & deliberated on this issue. He said he isn't gonna leave me despite for the fact dat he has engaged me, dat if he must go, then it will be both of us. Later on, he now called his uncle and said he isn't interested in going to canada anymore, he gave him some funny excuses tho'. Now, his mum & uncle aren't happy with him.
Do u think if his mum finds out the truth, she will be happy with him?
Is he right by giving up his dream of travelling for me?
