This is a trying times for ethnic minorities and other oppressed people in Nigeria. The decision to send Yahaya Bello by APC will be tested in court and quashed. No law in Nigeria allows for a fresh candidate to be forwarded in the event of death or even resignation when election is ongoing. James Faleke should be declared the winner and the APC candidate.

In as much as i agreed with you on the trying times in Kogi State, i dissagreed with you on the choice of Faleke. Faleke is going beyond the party policy and it will be clearly shown that he has his own hidden agenda.

Did Faleke pay for nomination forms?

People who took part in primary should be allow to contest.
