I know that winning this grant will not be as difficult as many of us think. Consider this: a guy that we did d interview together ( he saw panel 11) did not attend the second stage of this competition. His boss didn't give him time off. But YOUWIN still called him for this final interview! I was even noted on his document that he didn't attend second stage training. For me I'm sure I will get. I hope and pray d grant will not be unnecessary reduced.

I did my interview with Panel 4 in Abuja, Aug 28. I was pleasant and lovely. The panelist love my product and use it right there. They said many encouraging things. The woman among them advise me to open a centre in Abuja as she will like to buy my product. On the grant they also said I don't need 10m for d business. In short they asked me to list how much each item of my cost category which I did. They offer advice like I have to quit my present job if I would pursue my dream successfully. All in all, I was ok with d chat. I hope and prayer YOUWIN! Decision will not be based entirely on d panelists submission.
BusinessRe: Thread For Entrepreneurs How Did It All Start? by onidodo(m): 9:12am On Aug 29, 2014
I started thinking of becoming an enterpreneur when I was having some difficulties: I was seeking for transfer from NE for 2yrs but to no avail, even d job (banking) was not interesting to me again-i was collecting salary and spending it, could not build in NE, to send money home and a house is another story. I don't have time for myself, my family and God. I know I wasn't using my potentials to d fully. I apply for graduate study in Canada, no research grp accepted my application. As a graduate of Chemistry I began thinking of what I can do with my knowldge of chemistry in Nigeria and they are many. Then I narrowed it down to few. I have almost establish one I.e production of Soap and Detergent (liquid and Bar). I have a reg company and my products are reg too.
