1. Seller issues SPA to the Buyer and both parties sign and seal SPA within 24 hours of receiving this document and deposit same with their respective banks while Buyer returns a copy with ATB format.

2. Buyer’s Bank issue MT103-PreAdvice via swift or RWA/BCL via Bank-to-Bank email or MT199 to Seller’s account

3. Seller loads vessel and moves vessel to GHANA and issues MATB to Buyer’s inspectors as per Buyer’s ATB format.

4. Buyer’s inspector boards vessel & performs Q/Q, and inspectors release report to both parties.

5. Seller issues full cargo documents and commercial invoice in Buyer’s nominated name.

6. Buyer’s bank makes payment via SWIFT MT103 wire transfer to Seller's account within 3 banking days against electronic copies of documents, commercial invoice and Q/Q report.

7. Seller provides Buyer with all charter documents to facilitate CPT and Seller takes vessel and sails to Buyer’s port of discharge at Seller’s expense.

8. Buyer’s Bank issues SBLC for full cargo of 2m barrels to Wells Fargo Bank, Seller issues 2% P/Bond and makes subsequent shipments on TTO, Inspect and Pay. Each Q/Q report is issued with CI.

N.B This is proves that buyer is real, ready and can perform. No seller would just load cargo, issue ATB and clearance with his money and board a buyer based on just a signed SPA. A cheque will not cost the buyer anything so why not go for it.

• Together with Buyer's rep, we confirm the draft or cheque then seller places cargo for buyer and issue the ATB and clearance and then board buyer for confirmation.

• We need buyer that can sign contract within 24 hrs and give the draft also within 24 hours.
