please do a throug physical check. it happened to me two years ago i drove thru a pool of water to greet a friend. After the visit to leave the car refused to start after series of checks we find out that the cool fan blade had broken and damage the radiator making the car to loose all cooling medium thereby getting the gasket burnt. it not funny eating ileya Ram by the road side.

i get a new plumber to complete some work for me since the initial plumber seem unserious. now to run the waste from the building to the sockaway and septic tank, he is using only single 4' pipe for both the waste water and human waste and all directed to the sepitc tank. in my previous project it usually double pipes because am thinking in the nearest future of runing all the waste water to the public drain outside the compound, now the man is convicing me thjat single pipe is better., pleas advice

please advice, single pipe waste or double pipe waste. very urgent and important

after much enquiry the dealer seem trying to play smart by selling her stocked cement. the price is still coming down more hopefully by the end of the week. the depot in ikeja looks real so you are not in hurry ,hope for better deal by weekend

sorry for the late response. my wife received a call from our cement dealer giving us initial price of #1750 but it was negotiated to 1730 saying latest today we must come for it that she is not sure of the price as from today. av not yet confirm from my people within the coy what is expected to happy or if the dealer is just trying to sell off her old stock b4 the price totally come down according to GEJ order, once i made the neccessary phone calls i will keep you update. with the price you are given at ikeja just do some finding and ask some questions to know what you are buying if it is geniune good for the 100bags,i just dont know where ur site is but if it is still along the ikeja axis then maybe max #200 will get it to ur site which is still ok depending on the level of ur project and finacial plan

the most alduterated cement product in the market today is larfage so most times you sees it cheaper than other in the bigger market. the cement is os powerful and effective that makes it accomodate all forms of manipulation, ranging from reduction of quantity, mixing the cement with other inferior product. you need to visit the said warehouse and see for youself. i av alot of people in the cement industry even in the latest tech i.e Obajana dangote non can withstand the real elephant cement. the main problem is to see a trustworthy dealer because the profit margine is #20 per bag so most dealer needs to increse their profit thereby engage in all sort of manipulation. all my project till date are larfage cement i buy straight from the coy gate sagamu to Epe even at higher rate but quality realy matters in property business. if you see it very cheap please ask alot of questions.

am really ara ile, sagamite to the core omo onisuru ni sabo sagamu. i realy appreciate your response am realy considering the paving bricks ut considering the are to cover over a standard plot of land. but with ur advice maybe i will av to rethink. what about molding it because quality in this industry is self induced. please advice on basic requirement to mode the bricks myself and the cost savings expected. baba i do prefer molding my things all my blocks were mode to spec according to needs.

please advice on compound floor, what is the different btw interlocking bricks and rthe regular concrete floor and advantage and dismerit.what is the esimate of covering over 300sqm i get a very big compound after building somehow massive house covering over 800sqm so dont advice another structure

dangote and burham is almost the same dry faster best when speen matter and during raining season and economical, elephant take long time to dry but very srong when full dry and is on high side to get the original 50kg elephant cement

imaging going all the way from Epe to Ikeja to inspect a car and be told the owner is not around and the car is still in his compound and we should come back the following day. on second day travel the same lenght get to the dealers shop 9.00am told the car is on the way already at ogba and the car never make it to agidigbi till 2.00pm before we are told it seems the owner is not willing to sell the car again. but surprisely comer back on board saying still available until allegation was raised before the seller stop the advert.
