@swtcommy this is what we used last year. *provisional admission slip *acceptance form *clearance eligibility form *a copy of bank teller(original and photocopy) *a copy of online fees receipt *original and photocopies of school certificates *candidate's jamb result *photocopy of birth certificates or statutory declaration of age. *two recent 3.5x4.5 passport photographs with white background. *two reference letters or testimonial of which one must be from the principal of the candidate's secondary school
