First picture is the date I collected it(4th October)and my complaint to you, second picture is the continuation of my complaint and third picture is me waybilling back to you(5th October).
Apart from the fact that you are a bad business man, you are also a liar.
I have all our conversation and I won’t hesitate to post more.

It was October 3 I sent it, so how am a liar?

Fast selling

Berdff:
Can you listen to yourself? have you communicated to me the reason for the delay? it's over 1 month ffs and you've ignored messages, refused to pick my calls most times and when you eventually pick you have not told me any cogent reason why my money haven't be refunded or returning the console with the over 30+ games that I paid for. Better don't waste your time, if you send an empty console without doing what I paid for then you don't know who you are dealing with.
How much time is enough patience in your book? You advitised that you have a hacked console ready for sale, I paid you and now its time to keep your end of the bargain you are talking about patience. If you need more time, you explain to the customer so they know what's happening, do you know how many of my messages and voice not of me begging and pleading for you to do the right thing is in your WhatsApp inbox ?

I installed over 30 games, on the Nintendo Switch before sending it to you and you said the games didn’t played
I bought memory card 256gb 20k
Out of the 190k you paid
I also paid someone to do the installation
And you sent the Nintendo Switch back after 3 days or so that only 2 games are working
And now you asking for refund?

I’m still waiting for the refund of my money, don’t be a thief and do the right thing

Okay sir, I’ll send back your game again tomorrow morning
Since you can have patient, for the games to be downloaded so that I don’t become a thief
