There is no expectation of privacy in a PUBLIC place. The best you could do is wear a mask. Which section of NDP ACT are they talking about. How social media process the information that users upload to thier site is different from IMAGE rights where any person that appear in the video can attempt to get a cut from the profit the video copyright holder for using the image. but the videographer still owns the copyright except they transferred to someone else.
