Its not about financial calculation alone! It deals wiv d nature of d real estate market and you could divert into anoda tin entirely wen u are done! It opens door to so many tins!! I said when you do MBA! You get to learn little abt real estate....But MBA has a lot of advantage, because is more versatile than Msc in real Estate. But which ever way you want it!! Real Estate is still sweet and very interesting.

You get to know more abt d practical aspect of it! D only mathematical aspect dts available is statistic.bt, generally its going 2 expose u 2 d reality abt what real estate market is all abt. D course outline is cul bt d lecturers don't really know aw to pass it out! I mean in (Unilag) don't knw abt oda sch!
But,u know Msc in real estate is a one way tins! Bt,d world is going in2 biz nau, u cld try MBA in it u get 2 study real estate 2!

Its still the same thing all over again! Valuation, building construction e.t.c! But, it opens another chapter in terms of "Operational Management". But, its cool, but a little bit advanced than the undergraduate days.Why don't you try "Construction Management"huh
