clockwisereport: Hello
Will you say this if she were your daughter or sister? Yes I will say it. If she doesn't want to do that, she can as well go back to her father's house and start afresh to assess and evaluate gbolas that she will bleep. I will only not support such if the so-called man is mad, a thief or a murderer. Marriage is not boyfriend -girlfriend affair. It is a serious business. If you must marry as a lady, don't just be carried away by what you called " love" that for me, doesn't exist anywhere. Know the family and the community where you are marrying into properly. In my community, a woman is married to the entire family but it is the responsibility of her husband to maintain her in the other room. So if you are not ready to accord respect or regard to any other person apart from your husband, you may as well say in your father's house. In another community I know, as a woman if your husband dies, you are not to have any male friend once you are still in the man's house. If you want to bleep any man, you must pack out from your husband's house for you to do that. In the case we are treating, she can leave the family if she doesn't want to bleep the guy after all she doesn't have any child for her late husband. |

clockwisereport: Are you okay?
Which stupid bloodline are you talking about? No! You are the one who is okay. Am talking about her bloodline and that of her lovely husband's family. You can't be married into a particular family and because your husband had died, that becomes a pass to bleep any gbola of your choice. In fact in some communities, you can only do that in your father's house. |

Kobojunkie: She said no to him already. There is everything wrong with the family insisting she should cave to being assaulted by a man she does not want. 😒
2. Why should the burden of continuing his bloodline be on her shoulders as one from a separate bloodline? 😒
3. Oh, so, she is better off submitting her womb to a man literally pretending rape and manipulation is the right way to forward his bloodline? 😒 There is no pretence there. The burden should be on her shoulder as someone married into that family if he truly loved her husband. Besides, her husband's brother may even lover her more than those her exes she wants to return her kpekus to for further browsing. |

C Mariangeles: So, she should start sharing herself around the family just to stay in the family, abi?
Would you say the same if she were your sister? Is only one family member who want her not the whole family members. What's wrong in accepting a dead husband brother's advance. At least the bloodline will continue. Tomorrow now she may Bleep a man who has thiefry or madness in his DNA and that will change everything in that family. |

PresidentMUGABE: Fellow Nigerians, good morning.
I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you.
Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances.
We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal.
More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism.
We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power.
Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise.
Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them.
However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building.
Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated.
And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions.
There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline?
Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from.
Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO This man will not win. Know this and have peace. I know you will not accept what I have said but after elections, we count our scores. |

koning: The supreme court did declare Mark the authentic chairman. If you can learn to read between the lines and decipher coded language.
The supreme court nullified a decision from the court of appeal which is a higher appellate court to the high courts.
The FHC cannot come to any other decision when and if it hears the case again. Only people who support evil are opposing the supreme court judgement. If this news is anything to go by, there is no where where it stated that Mark was declared the authentic leader of the party rather the case was sent back to trial court for determination. The case is still open. It can still go either way. |

koning: Where did you learn your law?
Do you have details of the judgement?
INEC has zero rights in deciding who is or will be the chairman of a political party. If the supreme cannot make that decision, how on earth do you think INEC can. It's strictly an internal affair of any association of people. If what you said is anything to go by, the two factions claim the leadership of the party and according to you INEC doesn't have the power to determine the chairman of a party, who is now the authentic chairman since the two lay claim to the position? Remember the court did not declare Mark the authentic chairman of ADC |

And what about those who work in the movie industry and also carry fake guns from location to location and that impatient beast will murder an innocent person? You are talking about extra judicial killing in the North, please how many extra Judicial killings have been posted online or because you are a Northerner and the military kpai bandit so you assume the South as to be same as you? By your assertion if a delivery bike guy was carrying a package and police stops him and find such they should execute him instantly even though we know the kind of work they do? That's why I believe we need a separate country from you guys cos our thoughts are so different? A delivery bike may be working for a registered company. Kobojunkie: 1. I see! Media literacy, to you, means rejecting substantiated facts while propagating a nonsensical replacement? I get it... I get it! 😒😒
2. I should show you what a quick Google search (if at all you really care) would have long revealed to you? Nonsense! 😒😒
3. Does America not have a right, as a nation, to fight for economic interest or something? What international Law says the U.S. cannot do that? Are you high? 😒😒 You need to assess and evaluate critically stories you view or read on your phone. You don't have to swallow everything completely. So you mean that every information you get exposed to using Google is the fact? Nobody said America does not have a right to fight for economic interest but they should not hide under the cover of fighting terrorism to bully other countries who may decide not to trade with them. The moment any country begins to engage in economic romance with Russia and China, western superpower will amplify any social problem facing the country just to get at whoever is at the helm of affairs or tag the leader terrorism sponsor to dissuade such romance. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Pope Leo: I Am Not Afraid Of the Trump Administration, I Speak About The Gospel by Orinechi: 11:16pm On Apr 13 |
Kobojunkie: I am not here to argue on behalf of Trump, as I don't know him from a can of paint, but I am certain I read from Nigerian sources that the bombing was effective in killing many terrorists and clearing out most of the terrorists out of the area in question, sending them running southwards from the location. Are you insinuating that your government's own reports are now lies? 😒😒
2. Interesting! The killing of over 40,000 Iranians, which the IRGC has since confirmed, was justified because they were supposedly foreign-sponsored protestors? 😒
3. You expect unarmed civilians to take over the government from the many armed militia groups(most of them from foreign groups) employed by their government that have made it clear that they would be shot on sight? WOW... 😒😒
4. You are assuming that what you have is this media literacy, right? 😒😒 That is why media literacy is necessary for you. The report came from Nigerian army. No media house presented an independent investigation into the bombing. So you expected the Nigerian army to tell you that they were not aware of the bombing? If you are literate media wise, your should have asked for the pictures of those kill in the bombing not just depending on the government source alone. Show me where the IRGC confirmed killing of 40 thousand protests. The protesters had the gut to protest for regime change when the leaders of the regime were still active and disappear now the coast is clear to effect the change they have been longing for. America is not fighting for terrorism to wane rather they are fighting to advance their economic interest and that is why Pope has been vocal against them in that war. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Pope Leo: I Am Not Afraid Of the Trump Administration, I Speak About The Gospel by Orinechi: 10:42pm On Apr 13 |
Kobojunkie: Where was your pope's voice when Christians in Iran were being slaughtered by the IRGC? Where is the Pope's voice on the Nigerian killings that have become a regular occurrence? Where was the Pope's voice when the IRGC massacred over 40,000 Iranian protestors back some weeks ago? Why does it seem your Pope only has a voice when the U.S. or Israel is involved? 😒😒 Pope has always called for peace in the world. The last time I checked, your saviour Trump has not taken a single meaningful action to protect the christians who are being persecuted. The bombing he claimed was carried out in conjunction with Nigerian army didn't kill any terrorist. Today their operational strength is increasing. The 40 thousand foreign sponsored protester you claimed was killed by IRGC , if it is true, why have they not taken over the government now that the regime has be downgraded? Embrace media literacy and free yourself from junk reports you expose yourself to through western controlled media |
