What if they give you appointment letter and later found out your credentials are fake? Just because you said online that you have M. Sc or B. Sc they should just dash out admission to you? Anyone can say that even someone who is still undergraduate, still school, or someone who forged his credentials, or even someone who never attended school at all, they can say.
Now, in the event this thing happen, how would they replace the person who faked/forged/lied about his credentials? That would be another huge task for them, so they wouldn’t want that to happen.
So screening must be physical.

Yes there's physical screening but that is normally during documentation they will sight all necessary documents

I have read the message more than you can think, even more than you maybe. I sent a follow up message to the email below the invite which they said if you have any inquiry or complain you should direct it there. I have made phone call for clarification and I have also made my conclusions based on the feedbacks and based on my experiences.
Did you do that or do you have the experience?

Ok what's there response are we doing physical interview or the essay we uploaded is interview already

I am a civil servant with kaduna state government.
I have passed most of these stages even before I got a job. The stage National Orthopedic hospital Jos sent to us is the interview stage.
The next stage is screening to confirm credentials.
I say this because the recruitment is supposed to be concluded this year 2024 and we barely have a month and week or two. They cannot conduct interview, spent minimum of two weeks call for screening again and spend another couple of weeks, send the names of successful candidates, call for documentation, all within the span of 6 weeks inside this year. That’s not possible.
So in order to reduce the stages which may take them to next year, the interview was made into an essay (if you have attend interviews you will know that the essay is a typical interview). After the essay will be screening, then appointment letters, then documentation.
Screening is a stage of its own which must be done before giving out appointment letters.
I say this out of experience I passed through.
I was employed first as a teacher and I passed through the stages, then I quit teaching and picked up work with Planning and Budget Commission, I also passed the stages. So at least, I have experience of patterns in recruitment processes. My experience may not be valid though but they provide a hindsight. So When I talk you should reason with me.

How did you know that there won't be interview read the message from head to toe u will understand better... you've passed the screening stage after application they have reviewed what u submitted already that's why Dy shortlisted people for next stage..

The essay itself is typical interview questions. Motivation, skills and experience. These are interview questions. The next stage should be screening and confirmation of credentials, experience and motivation. Then after that, appointment letters. This is how it went when we were employed in the state government.

In the mail sent they said ur details will be reviewed and they will schedule for interview which means interview is next stage I hope the interview should be virtual because of traveling distance after interview appointments letter is next....

Everyone has written, test is closed and results of those who passed the CBT has just been forwarded to the management this morning to select those qualified for the next stage which is interview.

Is it true that some people will still do CBT tomorrow or Thursday I heard rumors

There will be merit people without connection will get it but Dy won't be much like 20% other percentage for connection is higher that one is sure very sure... just pray u are lucky

Yes mostly science based questions environmental and others not everyone took the CBT..

Not everyone mostly are science based graduates...I don't see anyone who studied Art or accounting/management courses mostly are science based.... another CBT will come up if u remember after the first Aptitude test on 23rd October another set of people wrote exam again... just be patient this REA recruitment get as e be.

I wasn't the one that sat for the test, but according to the person that sat for the CBT, the CBT is in groups. Namely; Engineering, Administration and Accounting. Only Engineering wrote CBT today. They had about 5-8 batches. I think Administration and other groups will take their CBT on a different day.

Yes the CBT questions are engineering based...so definitely others will be called too for CBT on different date.

Those of us that did REA CBT today hope you are able to find it easy and get everything

If you indeed scaled the test, you don't owe REA any gratitude, your gratitude is to God.

And then prepare for the next test.

But you are certainly owed some form of organization and orderliness in doing things. They're doing no one a favor (problem is, most Nigerians have been rewired to think otherwise).

In case you do not realize, there are standards and this process hasn't followed it. Don't celebrate poorly done things, just because the people called to serve are dangling jobs at you in the hope of some merit based process.

What is unfair, is UNFAIR.

You DO NOT give short notice for a test, if you expect people to travel for it.

Life is not assured, but you are expected to make the most of it while you have it...and do that in the most positive and good way too!

For those that are not invited that doesn't mean u can't get it o if you have strong connect u will definitely get it exam is nothing

Exactly they are just using this exam exam to waste time which some people won't even do any exam and get it in the end... Exactly what NSCDC and immigration did 2023 recruitment Dy stress people to write CBT exam and travel long distance for physical screening but when it's time for documentation and appointment letter the case change people with connect get letter

So far so good. Everything @zaramite said are true. Its happening one by one. Maybe the lady who got the invite for interview does not want to say for security sake. Fingers crossed 🤞
