Has anybobody thot of LAUTECH in Ogbomoso? Some of the indigene that are into hostel business are making a lot of money. A plot of land around the area; about 1km from the school is about #1million. I have a friend that has just introduced me into the deal. I'm making arrangement to travel down and see things myself. |

@badaruak, Can you explain some of the requirements needed to obtain mortgage loan in Sky bank? I have some landed properties i can use as collaterals but i still need some detailed informations as to various requirements for different banks. |
