There is a time approved by Government, its 6pm - 12midnight, the waste people evacuate from 2am to 6am, but because the average Nigerian is dirty and lawless there is dustbin every where in the middle of the road.

I stay in PH, Rumualogu to be precise, stop the lies, dustbin is dumped from 7pm.

Wike is making some effort especially in the area of street lighting but with regards to environmental sanitation that appers to be overwhelming despite the fact that 500 million naira is spent every month.

Flooding is another problem which is linked to sanitation because the gutters, drains are open or filled with waste.

At the moment though we are enjoying the street light, any which way. Those pictures were probably taken around 2am hence no vehicles on the road.

For your information, in RIVERS the environmental situation is far beyond organisation. They regulate when to dispose refuse and when not to dispose refuse. There is a control that makes the streets really beautiful during the day.

For facts sake, dumping and eradication starts from 10pm above.....
