Remember that pounds, Euro, Switzerland, Kuwait and other countries money are stronger USA dollar so countries trading with currency doesn't stop the dollars because at the end of the day, those countries will still convert the money to dollars in other it to buy things from other countries.

Look at it this way. which country now will accept India rupee under than India itself. so what did they achieve at the end of the day, nothing more especially if India doesn't have anything UAE want to buy from them. UAE will convert ti dollars and buy from other countries.

According to the map, Akwa is not in the safe zone. Please, look very well. The safe zone is green and the capital is in yellow. As a matter of fact, the entire Anambra is a yellow zone, which means it's not safe, and that includes the capital. One still has to be cautious and that's what all areas in yellow mean.
