Exclusive: Black Teenager Stabbed To Death In Sutton Coldfield UK, Victims dad Advices People On Dangers Of Gang Culture(Video)

A TEENAGE schoolboy stabbed to death outside McDonalds in a suspected gang attack has been named as Ozell Pemberton.


Cops rushed to seal off Sutton Coldfield town centre after the 16-year-old was attacked outside the fast food restaurant just after 3:30pm yesterday.


Paramedics battled to save the stricken teen, but he died at the scene shortly after they arrived.


A 17-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of murder.


Friends and relatives have left tributes at the scene and paid their respects on Facebook, with the page ‘Justice for Ozell Pemberton’ gaining hundreds of followers in a few hours.

Witness Nigel Waldron, 54, told BirmimghamLive: “It’s notorious for gangs around this area. We’ve been doing what we can but it seems to be problem after problem. I feel desperately sorry for the kid and his family.”


“I went out to get a cup of coffee and saw the ambulance and helicopter – I knew straight away it must have been a major incident.


“I went out and saw the medics attending to someone around 3pm and they were there for about an hour.


A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “A murder investigation is underway after a 16-year-old boy has died following a stabbing in Sutton Coldfield this afternoon.


“Officers were called after the teenager was found injured in Lower Parade at around 3.30pm.


“Despite the best efforts of emergency services the boy was confirmed dead at the scene.


“The area has been sealed off for investigations to be carried out.”

£200k Ferrari is crushed by police after being seized from U.K businessman




West Midlands Police officers have crushed the £200,000 Ferrari confiscated from a millionaire businessman identified as Zahid Khan.


Khan was stopped by the police on April 5, 2017, and his white 458 Spider seized. He revealed that police stopped him because they suspected the car was stolen. .


But he said he had legitimately bought the car at auction, via a middleman, and had spent “a lot of time and money” on the vehicle. .

West Midlands Police later stated the Ferrari was crushed because it had no valid insurance and was a Category B vehicle – which are officially classed as unroadworthy, meaning the shell had to be destroyed. .


Khan has now obtained the dramatic video of the Ferrari being crushed from West Midlands Police and posted it on his Facebook page. He claimed: “This is my Ferrari the police crushed unlawfully! .

It has taken them almost 1 year to release the video. I saved my ass off to buy this car and it was of sentimental value to me and my family. This money could have gone to a good cause, as a Ferrari broken for parts is worth more then the car as a whole!” .

There has been a surge in anti-Christian attacks following the election of Narendra Modi’s Hindu nationalist government

The strains of Hindi carols have rung out in the Aligarh Church of Ascension every Christmas since 1858. Armed police on the ground is a more recent tradition.

This year the officers will be out in force. On Thursday night in the north Indian city, Rahul Chauhan was playing tabla drums while the rest of his Seventh–Day Adventist choir sang Christmas songs in the home of a follower.

Outside, a small group of men had gathered. One forced his way into the room. “He kicked the musical instruments before trying to attack my brother with a knife,” said Jitesh Chauhan, a singer in the group.


He claims the men cast anti-Christian slurs and damaged the instruments. Rahul and the 30 carollers were unharmed but shaken.

Days earlier in Aligarh, hardline Hindu activists distributed letters warning Christian schools in the city against involving Hindu students in Christmas activities. In nearby Mathura, seven Christians were arrested by police while praying inside a home. In Satna, Madhya Pradesh state, an entire choir was detained while going door to door.

Worries about religious persecution in India usually centre on the country’s 180 million Muslims. Lynchings of Muslim dairy and cattle traders by “cow protection” vigilanteshave become increasingly frequent. Hindu groups including members of the ruling Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) openly lobby to stop Muslims buying property in Hindu neighbourhoods.


Christians in India increasingly under attack, study shows.

The series of Christmas incidents has turned the spotlight on another minority. More quietly, Indian Christians are also feeling the walls close in, says John Dayal, the secretary general of the All-India Christian Council, following a surge in attacks last year. “Anything that impacts the Muslims in a different way impacts the Christians,” he says.


In 2014, Indians elected a Hindu nationalist government in a landslide. Its leader, Narendra Modi, is a lifelong adherent of “Hindutva”, the conviction that India’s culture and institutions ought to reflect an inherent Hindu nature. Religious minorities – regarded as Hindus led astray by foreign influence – are tolerated, provided they acknowledge Hindu hegemony.

Modi has repeatedly emphasised his government will promote “complete freedom of faith”, but his elevation has been a green light for radical Hindutva groups, says Dhirendra K Jha, an author whose latest book studied these “shadow armies”.

“After Modi became prime minister, these groups started thinking they have assumed power, it is their government,” Jha says. “So they have gone amok. They don’t fear law and order or any democratic institution. They are on a rampage.”

A “perfect parallel”, he says, is the growing boldness of white nationalist groups in the US under Donald Trump.



“Modi would never come out and openly help them,” Jha says. “But he rarely criticises them. Because of his silence, the message goes to the state machinery that they don’t have to take action against them.”


For Christians the primary charge is of “forced conversions”. “It means putting pressure on people to convert, sometimes physically,” says Dayal. “But according to [Hindutva groups] it could mean anything from praying for Jesus to heal you, to offering to put you in a Christian hospital or school, to paying a person American dollars or British pounds.”

In practice, any kind of public prayer in the presence of Hindus – particularly the downtrodden Dalits, formerly “Untouchables”, whose leaders regularly threaten to abandon Hinduism – can attract police attention.

One morning in October, a group including Hindus and Muslims arrived at the Faith Assemblies of God Church for a workshop on accessing government welfare. The crowd piqued the suspicion of neighbours, who tipped off local hardliners.


“Around 20 or 30 people of this group came into the church and started threatening people,” says Joel R George, who assists his disabled father to run the ministry.

Police arrived in their wake and detained several people including George, releasing them after it was clear no religious ceremony had taken place.

“The men made videos and interrogated people,” George says. “They asked: are they giving money to you? Are they converting you?”

Today, at least eight Indian states prohibit conversion by force, fraud or inducement, with BJP leaders repeatedly pushing to take the bans nationwide.


India’s largest international donor, the Christian charity Compassion International, was forced to cease its Indian operations in March after the government cut off its foreign funding over concerns it was using the money for proselytisation.


In contrast, Hindutva groups freely conduct mass conversions of Muslims and Christians in ceremonies they call ghar wapsi, or “homecoming”.


In this charged atmosphere, pastors and priests in Aligarh assiduously avoid the C-word. “We don’t convert. We make disciples for Jesus,” George says.

“I haven’t converted anyone in five years,” says Rev Jonathan Lal. “People come to us, sometimes they’re non-Christians, and I pray for them.”

“People see the miracles, they see the healing,” says an elder at the Ascension Church, Vincent Joel, his voice rising. “They want to come. What should we do? Chase them away?”


However many new adherents can be persuaded to file past the police for Christmas mass on Monday, Christian numbers in India will remain small.

The faith has relatively few adherents to show for its two millennia on the subcontinent, and the millions of dollars and hours its champions have spent trying to sway Indian hearts.


“Our population in India is only 2.3%,” says Joel, in the church courtyard. “If we did so many conversions we should be increasing. But we are shrinking.”

Not so, says Dayal. Worshipping “sometimes in the dead of night”, rarely registering new converts with the state, flocks in the Indian hinterland are holding steady, he says.

“Christians will survive, even as an underground church,” he adds. “We have survived here for 2,000 years.”

Immigration minister Brandon Lewis says replacing burgundy model with blue design will help ‘restore national identity’

British passports issued after October 2019 will be navy blue and gold, replacing the current burgundy model required under EU membership.

The British passport is routinely redesigned every five years, and a dark blue version will come into production in autumn next year when the current contract expires, the Home Office has announced.

The return of the blue cover, which was first used in 1921, is being celebrated as a victory by pro-Brexit MPs, who had campaigned for a navy design as part of the Brexit process.

The government said the new passport would be one of the most secure travel documents in the world, with a number of updated security features and technologies.


UK passport could turn dark blue after Brexit under £490m contract.

Brandon Lewis, the immigration minister, said: “Leaving the EU gives us a unique opportunity to restore our national identity and forge a new path for ourselves in the world.

“That is why I am delighted to announce that the British passport will be returning to the iconic blue and gold design after we have left the European Union in 2019.”


After the UK leaves the EU in March 2019, burgundy passports will continue to be issued but with no reference to the European Union under the current contract.

New blue and gold passports will be issued from October 2019, when the new £490m passport contract begins, to British nationals renewing or applying for a new passport.

The Home Office said British passport holders do not need to take any action ahead of their current passport renewal date, and will release more details in spring 2019 when the supplier has been appointed.

The first burgundy coloured machine-readable passports were issued in the UK in 1988 following the common format introduced by the European Economic Community.


Speaking in April this year, Conservative MP Andrew Rosindell said the burgundy EU passport had been a source of national “humiliation”.

“The restoration of our own British passport is a clear statement to the world that Britain is back. Our British identity was slowly but surely being submerged into an artificial European one that most Brits felt increasingly unhappy about,” he told the Press Association.

“The humiliation of having a pink European Union passport will now soon be over and the United Kingdom nationals can once again feel pride and self-confidence in their own nationality when travelling, just as the Swiss and Americans can do. National identity matters and there is no better way of demonstrating this today than by bringing back this much-loved national symbol when travelling overseas.”

The ship sunk off the coast of he Philippines this morning leaving several people dead.

The ferry sunk near the town of Real in the region of Quezon as it travelled to the island of Polillo.

Domestic radio reported four dead and 140 saved but officials could not confirm this.

A distress call had been received before 12pm local time (4am GMT).

The Filipino coast guard said it was “still trying to get a complete picture” of the situation.

A spokesman said: “We heard about casualties, but we are still trying to get a complete picture.”

Around 100 people have been rescued from the water.

Survivor Donel Mendiola said: “The wind suddenly picked up and the boat was forced to stop when the bow started taking in water. Passengers ran to the side just before it tipped over.


“Some of us swam, but I saw some old people who were apparently already dead.”

Rescue operations were hampered by heavy rain and huge waves caused by a tropical storm affecting the southern Philippines.

Bad weather is expected to hit the Philippines, which consists of more than 7,500 islands, in the next few days.

Tropical Storm Tembin is expected to hit on Friday. Rough weather is already being experienced in the area.

The weather bureau has warned of extensive flooding and landslides as the storm with winds of up to 40 miles per hour approaches the Philippines.

However the ferry was permitted to leave the town of Real for Polillo as no weather warnings were issued.

In 1987 the worst peacetime maritime accident in history occurred in the Philippines near Marinduque.

Officially more than 1,500 people died when the Dona Paz ferry sunk, according to the journey manifest. However survivors says the ship was dangerously overcrowded with as many as 4,000 passengers on board.

Only 24 passengers survived. Only five were listed on the manifest.

Anastasia Ovsiannikova’s husband filmed his attack then showed footage to his friends to show off that she was ‘under control’

A husband is facing a 16-year prison sentence after he beat his wife into a coma, filming it so that he could show off to his friends. Anastasia Oviannikova died six days after the horrific attack at the hands of Maxim Gribanov in Lebedyan, western Russia.



He struck her repeatedly to prove that he had her ‘under control’ when she told him that she wanted to leave him. Pictures from the brutal attack show her on a sofa with bruises across her entire body. When she was taken to hospital, Anastasia, 28, was found to have severe bruising, internal bleeding and several broken bones.
Anastasia Ovsiannikova, 28, died six days after her horrific beating at the hands of her common-law husband She wanted to leave Maxim Gribanov who was so controlling that he forced her to leave her job She slipped into a coma and as a result of such horrific injuries she never woke up and died six days later.


A family friend said: ‘She was so full of hope and fun but this man destroyed her life. He should be treated in the same way as he treated her.’
Gribanov kicked and punched her repeatedly over a course of several hours then showed the footage to his friends. Anastasia’s friends said that she had met someone new and was trying to build up the courage to leave her violent husband, who had forced her to quit her town hall job.


However, after suffering years of abuse, bullying and intimidation she was too scared to leave him in fear of what he would do. He filmed the attack so that he could boast that he had his wife under control He even threatened her brother and father if they reported him or if they tried to stop him from beating Anastasia. Yulia Kuznetzova, a police spokeswoman, said: ‘At first the man was charged with assault which caused severe damages to the woman’s health. ‘But after she died and the charges were changed. The suspect pleaded partially guilty. He said he had his reasons.’

There was a huge celebration in Lekki as Bishop David Oyedepo of Winners Chapel dedicated a N1 billion 1,000 seat chapel at Victoria Garden City, Lekki, Ajah, Lagos.

According to reports, the chapel was built single-handedly by a member of the Winners Chapel Church.


Bishop Oyedepo commissioned the new Winners Chapel facility at VGC.

The individual who choose to remain anonymous was said to have procured the property, built and delivered it to the church as his own way of contributing to the spread of the gospel.


He said that his contribution will liberate the world from all oppression of the devil through the continuous preaching of faith.

The facility has modern equipment and is fully furnished with about 1000 seat capacity.

Until now, the Oyedepo has maintained that a central church at Ota, Ogun State was the primary place of worship.

It is reported that a pastor, who chose to remain anonymous, procured property, built and delivered the whole facility to the church for free as his contribution to the church.

A 16-year-old girl, Alaya Dotson, of Denver, has been arrested and charged with murder for the death of her newborn daughter baby after she shoved a rock down her throat.

Dotson allegedly put a  rock in the baby’s throat just an hour after giving birth, police said.

Police said Dotson confessed to choking the baby because she was unaware of her pregnancy and only realized she was giving birth while using the bathroom in her home in September.

Dotson said after giving birth she took the newborn up to her room and laid on the floor next to the infant, trying to think of what to do next.

She said the baby girl’s arms were “moving back and forth, but she was not crying.”

Dotson said she then wrapped the baby in a blanket and went outside onto her patio where she saw a rock and shoved the rock down the newborn’s throat, police said.

Dotson’s mother found the 16-year-old outside with “a lot of blood on her shirt” and noticed blood on the blanket that the infant was wrapped in and immediately called police, but the teen allegedly told her that the baby girl was already dead.
