I used my access card, they uploaded d money, I was debited then 5mins later, they rejected it. I asked them why and they couldn't give me any tangible reason, instead they are asking me to send one document or the other which they never gave a reply. İt took me one week before access bank could resolve it and credit me back...I think skrill is juz out now to frustrate Nigerians

I will suggest you just look for another online currency... I don't no maybe it's cos they av made too much profit...I have heard a lot of people complain about skrill nowadays..I'm also a witness, when they ask for Id if you are lucky, they will ask you to do location verification or send credit card statement which they will definitely reject and giv u some bullshit message. Message them from now till tomoro, they won't respond to your message. So it's better not to waste your time cos each time you send a document it will take like 12hrs before they respond and when they do, it's rubbish they will say.

Is way more cheaper that way than having to buy Dollars at black market rate.

This is not true...U can't use the card for International spend if u don't have funds in the dorm account. I just confirmed that from the customer service
