No 1. Going to the High Court of the FCT to void the Osun Guber Primary is a miss. It is a State High Court not within the jurisdiction of Osun. Such suit should be filed at the Osun High Court or the Federal High Court.

No 2. The issues of Mgbudem is non-jurisdictional. Leadership of a political party is within the domestic affairs of a Political Party, the Courts cannot adjudicate thereof.

No 3. The said Imumolen was expelled in November 2024 for anti-Party activities. A non-Party member cannot seek to vie or suspend or remove a Party member. This is a misnomer.

No 4. A Federal High Court judgement ruled that Imumolen is the National Chairman of Accord Party via exparte that lasts a maximum 14 days and this was in August 2024 prior to his Expulsion two months later.

No 5. As in the case of Samuel Anyanwu Vs PDP, Oliver Bitrus has not shown any injury he will suffer from Mgbudem's National Chairmanship. Bitrus is not vying for the chairmanship, he has also shown no proof that he has the consent of Imumolen. He is simply a meddlesome interloper who is willing to dance in a Party he wasn't invited.

No 6. Okey Nwosu, the Deputy National Chair isn't a Party to the suit and hence you cannot shave a man's hair in his absence. His rights is been denied to defend himself.

to nullify the madness, that's why justice akintola told them to go ahead and conduct the convention, by so doing, they have a court order they can rely on incase the issue of disobedience to court order comes up

The Supreme Court has already ruled that matters that has to do with structures, conventions and congresses of a political party are internal affairs of the party and does not concern a third party so the pdp are wise by proceeding with the convention because those cases restraining them from conducting their convention are just abuse of court process

This right up is misleading, why should you refer to people that has been suspended from the pdp as leader of the same party, it is only apc members that are playing this game, all Nigerians knows that Dammagun is the pdp national chairman because it is insane for only four out of seventeen members of the national working committee to claim to have suspected him, wike have already lost this case, immediately the convention is done, it will be over for him, they can not take this case to court again because they are no longer pdp members
