9ja cannot develop economically without constant power supply, if de supply of power is steady but exorbitant this is when we now talk of high tarrf system. Sometimes in my area the supply of electricity is very limited and yet we pay more than #3000 per mnth. So when the supply of power stablises then we can generally talk about how affordable is the tarrf systm for now one fin is certain, 'power supply is still very limited'
