You must attend ur CDS meetings and not only that, you must wear the full NYSC regalia (the jacket maybe left out of it). As for the penalty, its left for the ZI (zonal inspector) to pass out punishment and I don't think its monetary, its some howlike an extension. *i stand to be corrected*
