Here is my bs house

I was given 3 diff edd on which I prefer to birth on the 1st of January. fast forward to dec, I got to my ob gyn he told me dat the preggie is measuring 2weeks ahead dat i should go for scan and come and give him the report. When I got to scan center the woman was like you can't be birthing in Jan you probably forgot your your lmp, your new date is Dec 25th.

On 23rd of Dec I was cleaning the house when the contraction started. Note I've always been induced for my previous babies I don't know how normal contraction is.
So I waited to 24th in the afternoon before calling the person dat would take me to the hospital. On getting to the hospital i was measuring 5cm already and I was so happy dat i will soon meet my boy. 4hrs later I was checked 7cm and I was like what? Though I didn't feel any pain cos I was given epidural, by 9pm I was still 8cm and I was getting tired already cos lying down waiting for my baby was not interesting. By 10pm my baby heartbeat started dropping and all the nurses and doc were confused on what could be the cause. So I was told to sign for cs immediate I developed fever I started shivering and they were calming me down to be strong for my boy, immediately I was placed on oxygen and when they noticed I was talking to my husband they quickly took me to the theatre, in 15min my baby was brought out and I was stitched for another 15min.

In all I give glory to the almighty cos it was discovered that there is a cord around my baby's neck and the more I push the more the cord tighten the baby neck. I'm alive, my baby is alive also, I ve every reason to be happy.

My birth story
On the 24th of December which happened to be my mum's birthday I was jejely cracking chicken bone I n hubby wen I noticed drops of brownish blood coming out of my jajaina this was about past 2pm so about 30mins it came again so my mum said it seems I'm in due already so mummy went home to bring my hospital things and off we got to the hospital on getting there I met the matron I told her wat I saw she checked and said your jajaina is too tight me I was busy smiling she forced her way through tho it was painful after checking she said I was already in labour so I said ok but I'm not feeling anything now she said don't worry u will feel it very soon so me, dh and mummy started gisting after a while I will walk round the hospital like ten times still no show so at about 8pm another person took over so she checked me but didn't say anything I was still gisting but now I feel light pains around my waist after an hour I became restless my waist was no longer there I told the nurse I wanted to bath she said no problem I took my bath only for me to come out I started feeling cold n heat at the same time so I wasn't allowed to go outside again I and dh were sitting in the reception while gisting the contraction will just hit me I won't shout but I was moaning I was reserving my strength to push in the middle of the pain after a while if anyone talk I tell them to shut up that the more I hear voices the contractions became more painful at about after 11pm I vomited it was after the vomit I tear ground I was taking inside didn't know wen I flogged my wrapper dh will cover me again I will just shout leave me ooo my waist help me o after a while it will go down after a few minutes I will scream the nurse kept on encouraging me that I'm almost there by past 1 on the 25th I was taking into the delivery room I told the nurse I needed someone to hold me that they should call my dh naso dh enter he will hold me wen contractions hit me again I will shout leave me ooo at some point I started shivering hubby was feeling heat because I told them to of the fan naso we dey on and off fan hubby was petting me kissing I will just shout again he said to the nurse that he couldn't stand it seeing me go through this pain that his loosing his mind that my mum should come n stay small as my mum came in n held my hand I screamed leave my hand oya rub my back she will rub it I will shout again is too slow oya fast fast I will shout again is too fast she started praying I shouted at her did I I say u should pray don't pray ooo I cried my eyes out the nurse checked again saying u are very close these contractions will be more painful but just endure wen your body tells you to push then u push I said OK but call my husband dh was already sweating this was t0 3am the pain came it was as if I wasn't in this world I was just telling God pls God I need this Christmas gift pls help me o after that little prayer I got the urge to poo n push at the same the nurse said oya push naso I begin piss hubby just dey look me she said push again I pushed she said am seeing your baby's head push I pushed again naso she cut me after that I pushed one more time n my baby was out by past 3 on Christmas day after that she now said I'm going to be a tailor I was like ehn kilode she said she will stitch were she cut naso she start the injection she gave me didn't even work for me I screamed the building nearly came I woke everybody up that pain pass labor itself but I thank God it ended In praise

omo, no be beans ooooo. as i dey read your bs naso i dey sweat, but very interesting one mk person dey prepare mind down.
you r even strong sef,if na some pple dem go don dey shout "CS" ooo cos of d pain. congrats maam

Final......
Na so I start ohhh!!! Then one of the doctor asked if I don't mind if they introduce vacuum pump to help with the delivery but I will still do the pushing and I have seen where they used the instrument before (3 idiot movie) so I told them go ahead.

I pushed and pushed and pushed and pushed and my Elileojor(Goodness of God) came out 9:18pm with a little cried.

So doctor had to resuscitate her and stabilize her breathing because we were both stressed.

I just want to bless God because I had miscarriage December last year after I got married in October and was depressed but God that do wonders remember me in month of March and make me a mother to a beautiful baby girl in December.

To all Mothers out there and to all TTC mama, may the lord answer all your request in Jesus name.

Team november 2016 here. Had my twins september and now I'm on another missionary journey.
Age gap between my twins and this baby would be about a year or less. Hmmmm

Didnt consider family planning because it took me 5 years and ivf to have my twins, this was a big shock and surprise.

But i no longer want to be an observer jaare. Would love to share my experiences too.

So i saw my gynae on tuesday. I was worried cos my bestie was surprised i had a small bump. I wasnt feeling pregnant at all. No cravings, no throwing up etc.

So gynae checked me with that small instrument that makes sound waves,i no sabi the name. She didnt hear the heart beat o.

Chai! I was scared. She immediately took me to the scan room. Lo and behold, baby was chilling o. Was in a kneeling position, moving the hands and thighs. We tried checking the sex o,but baby no gree open leg o. Later,baby turned and faced up again and refused showing the other side.

EDD is 6th may, we are 20+6 days, sexunkown, ftm, bfp at ivf first attempt

delivered my sweet baby girl on wednesday via VD at 40+5 days. birth story later, episiotomy site is still painful. i give all the glory and honour to God.
