The terms of the agreement are as follows:
1: A deposit of 50% (---------- Naira) is paid into the corporate accounts of Posidon International Exports Nig.ltd.
Zenith Bank account no. 6012521074

The said funds are to be guaranteed by the referees on the said account.
2: The above vehicle will be shipped and supplied from the United States of America not later than 4 weeks from the date of said payment, barring any delays that may arise which are not within the control of the supplier, and that said vehicle will have full insurance cover for damages and loss while in transit.
3: On arrival in Nigeria the vehicle will be cleared by the supplier and delivered to the purchaser.
4: The condition of the vehicle should be as shown in the pictures sent to the purchasers e-mail box ( @yahoo.com) from the supplier’s e-mail box (panifid@yahoo.co.uk) on the --th ------- 2010, and should correspond to the details in the above description (VIN number,etc).
5: After inspection, the purchaser will then take delivery of the said vehicle upon the payment of the balance of 50% (-------- Naira)
6: If for any reason within the scope of the conditions stated above the purchaser is not satisfied with the vehicle, a full refund will be made (without any deductions), within a grace period of 3 weeks from the date of inspection.
