I will continue for about one year, then slowly introduce fruits and vegetables. The rest of my life, I may never eat bread and , will never eat three meals a day. I am planning on building lots of muscles starting from next week and need lots of protein. I will never eat vegetable/olive oil again. I feel so good now like I am on drugs just by changing my diets. My fear is if I am able to sustain these as I am moving to Nigeria later this year and there are lots of good food in Nigeria. I will try my best to keep this going as much as possible.

IslamRe: Stories Of Non-human Living Beings That Loved Muhammad (SAW) by PaNnamdi(m): 1:46am On Aug 02, 2025
Alfaab:
There were lots of miracles that happened relating to Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
There was the splitting of the moon.
The miracle of the splitting of the moon is a significant event in Islam, attributed to the prophet Muhammad. According to Islamic tradition, the moon was split into two halves as a sign for the disbelievers. This event is mentioned in the Quran in Surah Al-Qamar (54:1-2). The event is interpreted as a sign of God's power and a confirmation of Muhammad's prophethood.

Surah Al-Qamar (54:1-2) states, "The Hour has drawn near and the moon has split [in two]".

Many hadith (sayings and actions of the Prophet Muhammad) elaborate on this event, describing how the Prophet pointed to the moon and it split into two visible halves. Some accounts specify that the split was observed on the mountain of Abu Qubays.

The splitting of the moon is understood as a sign or miracle, intended to demonstrate the truth of Muhammad's prophethood to those who doubted him.

nairalanda1:
Okay, we want to have a healthcare system like the UK....let us find something like 750 billion dollars a year to get that kind of healthcare system...ie 750 billion dollars for health.

Want to know how much it costs to build a world class hospital in Nigeria? It will cost at least 6 billion dollars. Our health care budget is at least 2-3 billion dollars. And the poor won't be able to go there, because they need to pay back the loans they took for the hospital..so rich people need apply.

The simple reason is this. IN 2023, you guys voted for the same old chop chop government. The oppositon is made up of the same chop chop government. The Nigerian versions of Lee Kwam yeu, Park chung hee, Deng Tsiaoping, even the Meiji Emperor and even people like Stalin , who was brutal, but took the USSR from pesantry to war prepraredness in ten years, because for all his faults, he could see that palaver was coming as far back as 1931.....you won['t vote for them, because they won't give you free money. They will make you work for your money and only give free money to those willing to set up working industries and suchlike.

You want to go to get paper qualificatons so that you work in office, not technicans and vocational stuff that we need for development. We want free light, free fuel, free everything.

And apparently my pointing it out means I am agbado supporter. Person wey no vote tinubu.

Heck you praise millei in Argentina, but you don't want him coming here to rule us. or voting for his equivalents here.

SO, tell me, where are you going to get 750 billion or more for world klass healthcare from cradle to grave? Na to borrow am? You think say the whites and asians will give you free money?

Seriously on this site, we know how to complain and grumble...but when solutions are pointed out, we cry we are all poor. Ok POOR PEOPLE DESERVE POOR HEALTHCARE. Simple and short. cheesy
Oga 1 million dollar hospital is world class and it can handle anything it must not be 6bn usd, Nigeria gov are not serious

PoliticsBiafra Government In Exile Currently In Lobby Deal With The USA Government by PaNnamdi(op): 8:54am On Jul 17, 2025
Biafra Republic Government-in-Exile (BRGIE), led currently by Acting Prime Minister Ogechukwu Nkere, has discussed with United States officials possible agreements between the BRGIE and U.S. government officials.

BRGIE has had conversations with U.S. policy-makers, offering both economic and defense deals in exchange for political support, which are being considered.

According to BRGIE Acting Prime Minister Ogechukwu Nkere We have been in discussions with several U.S. officials regarding agreements between BRGIE and the United States government.

He said, we have offered several items, which we will now make public, include but are not limited to the following:

Defense agreements between the United States government and Biafra, including
allowing for the United States to have permanent military bases in Biafra as well as access to seaports, and to station U.S. troops.

Establish a close counter-terrorism collaboration between the United States and Biafra against Islamic terrorist groups in the region, as well as piracy in the Gulf of Guinea.
Enter into MOU agreements with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, and allow forthe CIA to operate freely in Biafra territory. Furthermore, invite the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency to establish listening posts in Biafra, for the purposes of signals intelligence.
Establish economic agreements between the United States and Biafra, especially in the areas of critical minerals and oil and gas, which would include preferential treatment and concessions for U.S. companies.
In exchange, the BRGIE would like the following from the U.S. government:

Politically support BRGIE and Biafra’s work towards self-determination, including backing an eventual United Nations formal recognition or acceptance of BRGIE’s self-referendum in which 50,048,916 Biafrans voted “yes” to exit Nigeria and gain independence. There is prior precedence, with the U.S. supporting South Sudan’s independence backed by U.N. referendum.
The U.S should Recognize the declaration of restoration of independence of the United States of Biafra as an independent nation as ratified in December 2nd, 2024 in Lahti Finland.
The U.S. should establish itself as a mediator between the Biafra Government and the government of Nigeria, to assist in negotiations between the separation of the two parties in round table discussions.
The U.S. government should pressure the government of Nigeria to release Indigenous People of Biafra leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and to allow him safe passage out of Nigeria. Furthermore, the U.S. government should pressure the government of Finland to release BRGIE Prime Minister Simon Ekpa, to has been subject to a politically motivated detention at the instigation of the Nigerian government.
According to BRGIE Acting Prime Minister Ogechukwu Nkere, “In light of President Trump and his Administration’s recent successful mediation between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the United States’ likely recognition of the independence of Somaliland, I wanted to more publicly highlight BRGIE’s offer to the United States government.

“I have already been discussing a tentative deal with several U.S. officials, and think this is the time for the U.S. government to move forward into agreements with BRGIE.

“BRGIE will be a pillar of stability and a country which will be the closest friend of the United States in West Africa and the Gulf of Guinea.”

PoliticsProposal On The Best Way To Kill Tribalism Completely In Nigeria by PaNnamdi(op): 4:28pm On Jul 01, 2025
As a country we have been too tribally divided and evil men in power are using this to their full advantage.Look at Donald trump,he has successfully turned all his followers in the US against foreigners and immigrants this is why bad rich men shouldn't hold unto power.

Nigeria tribalistic wars is so deep routed and that's why I propose a debate on this.

My Argument

I believe the over 700 tribes in Nigeria, their kings or traditional representatives should all be relocated to a very big city and their grip of traditional control over the people should be made zero.in fact, when Nigerians see their traditional rulers living peacefully in their mega city, Nigerians in various states of the country, would be more inclined to live in harmony. We really need to look beyond ethnic profiling in our daily activity as a country that want to progress. An isoko man for example residing in imo state having gained state citizenship, should be able to contest and participate actively in government of the state, and all Nigerians been legal resident of any state they found themselves in(naturalized or gained citizenship of that state by birth)irrespective of his tribe of origin can vote and have a say irrespective of the state they currently reside and should have no fear of ethnic attacks on him or his business someday.

Only a decentralized Nigeria like this can achieve meaningful long and large scale development.also our traditional practices accross each of the tribes should be ceremonial not a fundamental block in shaping our views as Nigerians.

Do u agree with this or not, please state your views constructively no insults please.

It seems Russia is having upper hand this time, Ukraine is all alone fighting Goliath since Donald trump withdrew US support, he even redeployed the missile defense systems from Ukraine to the middle east to protect Israel

537 drones and missiles will surely overwhelm any air defense system.

Iran was very careful to have fired only 550 missiles and some drones in their 12 days war with Israel, imagine sending between 100 - 200 ballistic missiles, drones and cruise missiles at the same time like Russia always does, the destruction and casualties in Israel will be much higher
It's not because Iran nor get to fire it's because isreal neutralized them and dem nor con get to fire grin grin

Your calculation using 200m Nigerians is wrong. 200m Nigerians include the dependants. You should use number of households and businesses to do your calculation.
Single people living on their own should be counted as households.
Electricity consumption is higher in urban areas than rural areas.
If Nigeria can target 50 million households and businesses, electricity won't be an issue.
They have the funds to roll it out in phases starting with 10m over a period of 5-10 years but frivolous expenses and corruption won't allow that work.

Solar electricity is meant to complement the major sources of electricity and has worked in countries like South Africa and India
U are saying this because Nigeria is a poor country,if economy good weather 200m or not more than half the population suppose get fridge AC electric cookers cars, even in the us u can't say half of the population no go need light because they are dependants.unemployed and low income people supposed receive govt subsidy payment monthly in USA its about 300usd weekly.
They is a reason USA and advanced serious countriesn supply light in gigawatts and terawatts

Brother, you came very close to the truth but you missed it in the end. Now,one thing you failed to note is that Nigerians have more sun time than other European countries. So basically, whatever theory that's available on electricity generation we have it times two!!!

Secondly, we have everything in abundance to create our own panels and lithium battery's. That being said, whatever cost you are envisioning divide it by 3 (import, profit and middle mens gain)

Thirdly, you omitted the fact that when people are generating power, they would *"also supply the excess power*"

Fourthly, in such mini grid system you proposed homes can be subsidized to change to direct current appliances! DC bulbs,DC TV,DC fridge ,DC solar pumps etc and government would tightly regulate these areas to avoid price inflation due to high demand

Penultimately, the cost of electricity transmission can be halved. Chai you underestimate solar sha ohhhhh

Finally my brother , solar can put power into the hands of a lot of people. I doubt if our colonial masters really want electricity to be everywhere in Nigeria. I doubt our leaders want that too as putting electricity into everybody's hand would have the same effect as putting phones in people's hands! More people would access power and knowledge as we are currently seeing in the social media space
Yeah I are right but the painful reality is that so many Nigerians are naive and ignorant, many more are ready to attack a person for saying the truth if we do everything homegrown atleast 100bn usd should do but trust are corrupt leaders they will tell u it's 2trn usd they spent.
