4.) YEMI ALADE–GENRE – AFROPOP/RnB
Yemi Eberechi Alade know for her “Johnny” song is an artiste to keep an
eye on in 2015, cos the song “Johnny” is on the lips of many Nigerians,
even kids as you pass by, radio and dj houses on road sides bars and even
wedding receptions, no doubt “Johnny” is a big one but what should we
be expecting come 2015 from our sexy diva?
3.) SKALES–GENRE – HIPHOP/POP
Skales former Empire Mates Entertainment recording artiste is one to
watch out for in 2015, ever since Raoul John Njeng-Njeng popularly
recognized as Skales pathways with EME, he has dropped countless hit
songs and presently fresh on Dj’s playlist with hit like “Shake Body’
now disturbing the streets/parties and club houses, this rapper/singer/
song writer has been active in his musical career since 2000 but the big
break is here. In quote skales is the CEO of OHK music home to
producer Drey Beatz and has affiliations with other music personnel
within Nigeria. With speculations, skales might be dropping a hot album
for us in 2015.
2.) RUNTOWN–GENRE – AFROPOP
Runtown rose to fame with a track which he teamed up with HKN’S
Davido titled “GALLARDO” a song that cut across Nigeria into the
western part of the world, ever since he dropped the hit “Gallardo” his
career started officially and he continued to drop hit songs there-after, I
can confidently say 2014 worked for this afropop singer, he is presently
on the screens of our tv’s and radio as he is getting so much media
attention plus getting prestigious shows from in and out of the country.

Patoranking deserves to be number one on our list because currently he is
one of the most sort for artiste in Nigeria, he is popularly know with his
track “GIRLE O” Solo Version + Version with Mavin’s first lady Tiwa
Savage which is on heavy rotation on Radio and Tv Station nationwide.
Recently our dancehall singer scooped his first endorsement deal of over
16 million naira from an undisclosed brand, but well the deal was signed,
sealed, and delivered leave the rest for later.

Airtel Nigeria has officially launched its new package called
“Trybe Plan” which offers free calls, unlimited BBM,
WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter.
Introducing Trybe in Lagos, Airtel’s Chief Commercial Officer,
Maurice Newa, described it as a youth product because it
allows students in campus interact easily.
He said: “This product will add a lot of value to the youths.
The product is a youth product, it is a movement that is
called Airtel Trybe. This great product is going to bring a lot
of customers and we do have enough capacity. Behind the
product is a great network.
“Airtel mobile internet is the internet service of Airtel
(formally Zain). Airtel mobile internet offers you high-speed
(3G). We do not have any challenge at all when it comes to
network capacity.”
Newa said with Trybe any call made from campuses in
Nigeria would cost 11kobo per second and free calls from
11pm to 5am, adding that the plan was designed to address
the lifestyle of youths,
“If you are within Trybe the social media is free. Facebook
will be free, Twitter and WhatsApp will be free too. Apart
from that, you will also get 5 free SMS daily, after the first
two paid SMS of the day.
