The plan is almost perfect I must say. But the part where there'd most certainly be an issue is the Moderators-Users gap. You'd need to still clarify more things man cos drawing traffic to the site from here is not as easy as you think. Enlightenment is needed bro, and not talking whatsapp I mean right here. Except you just want to set up the same old prediction site like we have en mass, if that, then God speed.

Ok nd about the adsense stuff I do see a lot of puting site displaying ads from google,but for now we not going to use adsense am lookinng at 7search nd burstmedia,have worked with this 2 b4 nd we can earn asmuch as adsense with them... Nd as for the clicking aspect firstly there is cpc nd cpm, so if our traffic is pretty high we won't need clicks as often cos impressions too count nd converts to cash too!!!! Nd secondly we not targeting members here alone though members here will be on the payrol but we intend to build a stable punting blog that will attract daily visits from around the globe just like preditz nd the rest,once it is lunched we will all go to work,by sharing with as many poeple as we can so generating revenue won't be very difficult initially,its only the beginning that will be a bit rough,but if our tips are great,we will be amazed how things will turnout!!! well all i can say is you have a nice initiative. But the actualization is key. Firstly 1year is very long time to expect proceeds, remember 12friends cant stay together for 12yrs. Secondly people are needed to access the site more often and also benefit from the posts on the blog. Well i dont own a blog to start with.....
