Highest i ever got was 265mbps. Mostly hovers around 150. Not too shabby,I watch everything in 4k and download PS5 games in a couple of hours, especially CoD with its endless updates.

MTN Fiber claims 1gbps, but MTN is generally dog shit these days. We'll see.
I only hit +400 mbps once and never touched that level again.
It was incredible seeing 58mb/s

The subscription is cheaper in Nigeria. I’m in East Africa and paying ₦75k monthly, and I use only around 500 GB monthly
They probably price based on the average income of the population.
I think Americans pay $100 monthly while is 150k in naira.

Abeg oo, I'm hearing this location thing for the first time. If I'm based in Lagos and want to use Starlink for my short stay in Abuja, do I need to carry only my router abi I go uninstall dish join? huh
You have to uninstall everything, It's like installing DSTV.
You can't use the decoder without the dish.

What's your upload speed like? I hear statlink's upload speed is not very great.
I don't upload often, so I'd say it's kinda average.

I get like 30-50mbps usually.

The joy of having unlimited data is truly amazing.

Is it humanly possible to use 800+ GB in a month? What are you streaming or downloading?

Anyway, to each their own. The lack of portability is a big no for me... If I want to run an internet/media/cafe company, that would be perfect for employees at location.
Hahaha, it's very possible.
I download games at 75gb and constantly updating them, I also stream everything I watch at the highest possible quality.

So if am relocating how do I reconfigure it to the new location or shey na to buy another one.
You have to buy another sub or pay for a special subscription that allows you to use it at mutiple location.

The normal sub cost 38k.
The roaming sub cost I think 48k( This allows you to use it anywhere)

Nonsense analysis.... Yeye review. You bought the cheapest speed based plan on Airtel EBB which has unlimited data.... and embarked on a 75GB download....

Why didn't you get the higher speed plans
Spoken like an educated dullard, The airtel router STRUGGLED to reach 20mbps.
What's the point of paying for more speed when you can't even reach the maximum speed of the initial package?
PhonesMy Starlink Review After Porting From Airtel Unlimited by Pastorjohn2(op): 5:47am On Aug 17, 2024
Hello everyone, I made a post on my review on the airtel 5G unlimited router. Let's just say the speed nearly drove me mad, There were times I couldn't use the router unless at night time because it was just too slow.
It's truly unlimited but the speed is a joke.
So last month I purchased starlink and it cost me about 440k on jumia with 38k monthly subscription fee and I must say, The speed is incredible!
I experience an average of 200-300mbps and even hit up to 458mbps as compared to airtels 20mbps.
I can download a 75gb file in 1 hour but I used 3 days to download a 100gb file with airtel router.

The only major disadvantage is, If you don't have constant power then you have to use your gen constantly to power it and it's not portable at all. You'd have to completely unwire it to take it to another location and the data plans are very specific to your current location.

So if I go from Lagos to Abuja, I can't use it in Abuja as I'd have to resub again for Abuja location.
If you can afford it, I highly recommend it! My videos almost never buffer even at the highest possible quality.

How long does it last with the power bank connected to it only. Can it last for out door use only.. business connections eg POS
I wouldn't recommend it for something such a pos business. The battery last around 3-4 hours from my experience.
EducationRe: The medical students and aspirants thread by Pastorjohn2:
SF123:
Greetings chief. Please, in medical school; how do you study and learn generally, maybe diagrams and complex stuff
Everyone studies differently but I personally hate textbooks, They make me sleepy and I barely get any substance.
I use youtube ALOT, For anatomy. I used Dr hasna ( a Pakistan female lecturer) She more than enough to cover both obj and theory aspect. I also used Dr bondok as well for anatomy If I needed more knowledge.
For physiology and biochemistry, I used ninja nerd, Mr matt&Mike and a few other people.
I then wrapped up every reading by going through the lecturers slide.

The only time I used textbook was for reading essential physiology when I needed to get info I was struggling to get on the web.

Just to give you a highlight of how much I use youtube, I'd have 600 videos of different topics downloaded grin

On the diagrams part, I'm a very poor drawer so If possible, I always avoid drawing but if you can then pls do because it always carries extra marks.
I only learnt how to draw histology slides because it earned a lot of marks. So ye, always learn how to draw those complex slides.

My study time is usually 10am-4/5pm. I don't study at night as I use that period to do my personal hobbies like maybe watching a movie or gaming, At least make person enjoy life small.

But ofc during my resit period, I studied 24/7 as long as I was awake and took energy drinks to stay awake (this I don't recommend as it gave me mutiple horrible headaches)

Last piece, Always make a note on past questions or questions to constantly revise, It helps to build up residual knowledge, You have to read the same thing like 20 times and you fit still forget am because we study SO MANY things but at least you'd have an IDEA.

Good luck.

My part 1 MB results are out.
I'm to resit anatomy and physiology, I can't believe my eyes truly.
More than 50% of my department failed physiology.
How is this even possible but nobody wants to take up the case with school management.

I feel my medical dreams are already over.
Update!
I passed my resitting exams, I just hope this would encourage any other medical student that may be in this same position.

It wasn't funny, I was studying 10 hours per day and some times not sleeping at all.
CrimeRe: Man Arrested With Fresh Human Skull In Oyo (Photos) by Pastorjohn2: 12:25pm On Aug 13, 2024
I'm confused on this post, Did God not give us dominion over women?

Did God not use our rib to create them?

Did the OP bother asking the man what the woman may had done to anger the man to do such a thing?

Please let us be wise!

Lazy youth, You expect tinubu will remove pdp failure of 16 years in just 1 year?

Go and double your hustle.
It's extremely insensitive and lack of critical thinking to protest against tinubu 1 year old government to repair PDP 16 years of corruption.

There are jobs everywhere, Go to the farm or find other means. Not everything must be an office job.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the roads in this state, A state that received an extremely high allocation compared to its population and size but look at the level of poverty and underdevelopment of the roads.

The location is tantua amassoma, This is a community that houses more than 500 students that attend the niger delta university.

God gave us dominion over women, It is a woman's job to cook and provide the food for her husband.

This isn't the case here and all I see is premarital sex.
I only pity their future generation that will experience misery and bondage.

Change or burn in eternal hell.

I hate PDP based post like this.

Go to America and ask how much 1 tuber of yam cost, You people expect APC to fix 16 years of corruption from PDP because they're God?

Truly the youths of this new generation are lazy and USELESS
