Bless this food oh lord for Christ sake Amen!!
The is the the traditional family prayer we have been doing over the years, but of late ,I have been hearing all manner of prayers, Some will bind demons,poison, some will offer long long prayers.
What is the best way to pray over our meals.

Since my pastor taught on firstfruits, I have been doing it and my finances has moved forward. I just gave my firstfruit this year and things are already happening. above all things, my faith has risen so high, i have developped a giant killer faith, money is nothing to me again, there is nothing i can not give to God now. praise God

The bible say we should suffer with him.

If the bible says Man became a living Soul , then Man is a soul

Can you site categoricaly where in the bible it says Man is a spirit? I Know it says God is a spirit.
