Overview

Solynta Energy is seeking a customer service representative to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face. You should be genuinely excited to help customers. Be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You should be able to put yourself in our customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

Responsibilities

-Manage incoming calls
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Meet personal/customer service team call handling quotas
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-Keep records of customer interactions
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Other Ad hoc admin duties as required

Skills
-Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
-Track record of over-achieving quota
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
-Strong Administrative Skills including familiarity with Office Packages
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Degree

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 per month

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Help distribute marketing materials
• Help organize marketing events
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Perform market analysis and research on competition
• Prepare promotional presentations
