Abi..so it's left for Nigerians to decide their fate and destiny in 2027 and 2027 election..if they still want to continue with this hunger, hardship, inflation, high costs of living, high costs of foodstuffs or not ?
it's not about Nigerians again, just as Jamb system had glitches reducing scores of candidates, INEC glitches would be worse and we would be helpless

This man Tinubu is the most wicked president and most incompetent in the history of Nigeria. Even his supporters are feeling the economic and security effects

This size is 800 naira in my current location, but Igbo traders coming from East buy at 1,100.

Both yams should be at most N1,700.
Is it only Igbo traders that come to buy yam from your area

How did you arrive at your ' 2k is the minimum pay per day for a minimum worker' ?
Some of you talk loosely here, without justification and verification.
I pay Labourers 5k here,for daily jobs.
Stop hate and bitterness towards the govt, just to placate them.
70k is our minimum wage here, and we still have millions of people earning below that amount per month that's the fact

I don't think they ask about pay per hour before selling you stuff in the market, or you'd just send a low earner to go get it for you cheaper.

And no, I was not comparing. Just stating a fact.
It's cheaper over there, our minimum wage is 70k. Multiply 2000 by 31 day, that's #62,000
How much is the balance

If APC loses power, Emefiele will rise—appeal, and snatch back every naira they looted from him under the guise of prosecution. This is not justice; it’s the resurrection of the “abandoned property” madness, a political witch-hunt cloaked in legal nonsense. His only so-called crime? Changing the currency to choke vote buyers. That alone made him a marked man. Meanwhile, the real vultures in the NNPC—those blood-sucking, oil-thieving warlords—are shielded by power, untouched by EFCC, and drunk on stolen billions while the country rots.
Emefielle embezzled those money working for APC

Yes, but the main issue is...china does something we do not do...they produce goods for the world to use. That is why they are prosperous.

We earn revenue from resources whose prices we do not control, meaning we are chronically short of money and have to borrow...and that is before corruption comes in.

Note I did not deny corruption exists. But it is not our main problem. Our main problem is that we do not use what we have to make stuff the world needs.

China still has corruption though.
Corruption is the main problem of Nigeria and Africa.

State the minimum wage over there and the price of a bag of rice over there
Minimum wage in Canada per month is CAD 2,840 and 25kg of rice goes for CAD 138. Compare it with minimum wage in Nigeria standing at 70k with 25kg of rice at 40k

Eh? Two dollars mean two naira?

And 100,000 dollars mean 100,000 naira as it applies to salaries or cost of other items?
Minimum wages over there can cover ones expenses for the month, can minimum wage of 70k do same in Nigeria, won't even buy a bag of rice

Isreal understands what Nigeria does not, that fighting terrorism requires stealth and ruthlessness, show the terrorists your capacity to do more damage to them, their families and everything that is associated with them and they will fear and respect you. Nigeria adopted a policy of begging these criminals and now the country is being over run by them.
Yemen is beginning to understand the difference between American and Israel Bombing, Israel always ruthless, Yemen are calm a little but they will soon buy their market

You guys will be comparing yourself to developed nations, yet when people tell you what them developed nations did to be developed, you will start complaining and deflecting.

Even the boreholes we dig, the truth is, we could pipe water to every house in Nigeria, but the maintenance cost...paid in form of monthly water bills...you guys will start screaming poverty. Boreholes are far cheaper to build and maintain..lol.

As for why we don't have robot army...at independence, instead of focusing on building an industrial economy, we tried to build a society based on revenue from cash crops, minerals, and oil...whose prices we do not control...meaning that revenue has always been unstable, and we are chronically broke and taking loans, and fighting over who is best leader based on tribe (all our leaders are bad).

And we always blame corruption (partly true, but not the whole story) or the WHITES or IMF for our underdevelopment.

When you guys are ready to vote in leaders who will use our resources to build stuff...that we can export for cash, that is when we go see development.

(Don;t compare us to Saudi and UAE. The day the oil runs out in those countries, we go know what's up)
Africa is not yet developed because of corruption, if Nigeria should enact a law like China that sentences corrupt officials and politicians to death then they would use the budgeted funds for what it's mapped out

They did not give her two results. They gave her one (260sth), she forged the second one(360sth) which she paraded and got the attention of Innoson who contacted her directly and gave her prize.

MTN, and some banks that gave best performers prizes contacted JAMB for the list of top scorers which is what any refined organization would do. The original highest scorer had 360 or so and from same state as Mmesoma (Anambra)
She doesn't have the resources to forge results, it's problem from their end
