Who produces the so-called family planning commodities? Are they not pharmaceutical companies? As the giant of Africa, we should have similar companies here, producing as many as possible.

In a similar instance, I recently bought a mosquito net from a pharmacy. I checked the label and was surprised to see India. Do we still import ordinary mosquito nets in this 21st century? WTF? 🤥🤥

I'm not even sure if condoms are made in Nigeria.
Lower your voice, American citizens and people from western world are now trooping into Nigeria for medical treatment and consultations

Are you forgetting that some people travel abroad to willing sell their Kidneys. Why would foreign citizens have to shoulder the burdens of coming down to Nigeria to buy a kidney when some Nigerians themselves supply them abroad cheaply?. Have you quickly forgotten what got Ekweremadu into jail abroad?. You can't take away this glory from Nigeria, our medical centers are gradually being on high demand by foreigners.

Foreign aid is used to support American national security and commercial interests and can also be distributed for humanitarian reasons.
Then you know the number of American commercial interests in Nigeria?
America import from Nigeria more than we import from them so there is no much commercial interest between America and Nigeria

It's interesting how most of those resources that China exports are available elsewhere, but no one wanted to invest in extracting them as the carrot of cheap Chinese labour was too much to be resisted.

If you've a strategic resource and only one country provides it, you've got a huge problem.

Tariffs harm the country imposing them just as much as the country on which they are imposed, if not more so, and only increases prices for end consumers. The irony is many US businesses have out sourced their manufacturing to China so US business will suffer.
Make two of them suffer wetin concerns us from this part of the world. We are still battling epileptic power supply in 2025

Don't be too certain, simple improve Nigerians standard of living, go way from anti people policies that is only freeing up money for government elected and appointed governor's to waste. There is no country that doesn't subsidize energy cos it's the Hallmark of production and economy. Germany, USA, Iceland, Russia and majority of African countries

Such a shame.

Intelligent people that should have been very valuable to the societies in line with their core trainings decided to live a lie, telling themselves that living in a perceived better society means living their best lives.
A trained doctor or engineer going to be a grass cutter and foolishly poting it online with pride, calling it humility.
Most trained doctors and Engineers in Nigeria can't match her doings, in fact hunger dey deal with majority of the trained Engineers over here

Well, oyibo doesn't psychologically torture, underpay, wilthold slaries or maltreat unskilled workers the way we do in Nigeria. So people can accept such jobs over there with dignity but here, if you accept such jobs in Nigeria, it's not not going to be about your humility - but about your dignity being violated by your very employer. The societal perception of unskilled labor is impacted by employee treatment mostly
Just that the payment is very poor, I'm salivating over those jobs she mentioned, Tinubu is wicked man scattered my Japa plans with high exchange rate
