Lagos State to increase cost of Road Worthiness
Private cars to pay up to 3,850 and SUVs to pay up to 4,600....

The process as far as we know, involves....:
1. We will still go to VIO to write road worthiness receipt - cost N1,250
2. We have to proceed to the inspection center(s) - There is still only one in Lagos at Ojodu Bager for the inspection where we will have to pay about N2,600 depending on your vehicle type anyways....

Just when I wanted to create d thread, u beat me to it!

We r yet to find out exactly how its gonna work in 'practice'.

However, we r sure d cost of processing documents ve changed.

I want to know Tinted permits are meant to be renewed . I have a permit that was issued in 2014 for a pilot.
And someone was talking to be me about the new one with passport.
Tint permit is not renewable.

Yes, the one you have without passport on it has been phased out. A new type that requires biometric capturing is in use now.

LETS DO THIS AGAIN THIS YEAR, STARTING FROM NOW!!!

All avenues to get a national driver license earlier than the normal period of 26 working days has been closed. In some cases of unforseen network issues, portal upgrade by FRSC etc, it may well take much longer than that.

Best bet is to start applying now.

Just like the last offer, u don't have to pay all now.

3years validity is 25k.

5yrs validity is 30k.

All you are required is to pay a commitment fee of 5k for either of them, send in your details n wait till driving school certificate is ready, u pay d bal for processing d driver license . biometric capturing takes place two days after balance is paid. Capturing can also be fixed on your Convenient day.

This offer applies also to those outside the country that have plans to come home towards d end of the year. You can have your application ready for capturing ahead of time.
