i bought a domain yday but its still showing the creators name and has expired since october 18.its not showing my name,am i safe?

By the time you are registering a domain, ICANN has made it compulsory that the registrar should make known the renewal rate. .com renews for around $10 currently across many registrars (GoDaddy - $15) and it can not be changed arbitrarily. Good luck with your first name.

Yes. You can buy a domain with your newly opened account but GoDaddy will still close your account and ask for an ID card to reopen it. Just send them your Voters Card, if you don't have any other valid ID.
