Same as yours but I don't do expired domains and web 2.0. I was posting here before with my main account and someone that has access to the email I used in creating that account since 2014 deleted the account. I had to create this one. The email was attached to a blog with AdSense I sold in 2019 shah, so I don't blame him.

The point is that I have always been your follower for more than a year now. So I know your method works. Same as the guy's, but I don't just buy the idea of passion. I do sale phones and accessories. That's my passion. I created a blog in 2018 based on passion in 2018, targeted USA audience initially, and for months I couldn't rank the site.

Frustration nearly killed me, until I got in contact with the droidafrica. Net boss. He told me to switch to Nigerian audience and I did. Thankfully, i grew the site to 7k daily page views but I couldn't earn more than $110 per month in AdSense because the site was targeted at Nigerians. So I sold it to a parkistan for $2.3k. The site is latestphonezone. Com. That deal alone changed my mind about blogging for passion. Since then, I have created and sold sites in many niches. 3 sales this year so far.

Now, the same site I talked about that I created in February this year was priced $1,500 a few days ago. Just like the guy said, I focused on creating contents targeting low competitive keywords.

You went to school man. You were taught to learn different subjects, and in University you were made to borrow courses–all for the sake of versatility. Did your secondary school or university ask about the subject or topic you're more passionate about?

You need to research domains, niches, and keywords before you start any blog.

Once you're good with SEO and Keyword research, you could always survive in any niche. I could write on crypto, forex, garden, home, business, and even Islam studies, but I am a Christian.

You need to research for niches with lots of easy keywords you could exploit before you start blogging. Your earning screenshot shows you don't have up to 10 posts ranking on NO1 on Google.

If you follow my method, if you write 100 articles, you should have 85+ ranking NO1 on Google.

My biggest prayer for you is for you to excel with this first blog, you will certainly see the need to spread to other niches, and you will have money to pay writers to get the job done for you, or you may even want to try things out yourself.


The more you keep trying to prove a point, the more you keep showing you have a limited mind.

Like I said, do whatever you like, on your thread. I am done with the back and forth.

Anybody that can research well, knows SEO, write well, with a little budget for good links, can succeed in any niche, even if the person doesn't have passion for the niche.

The last blog I created on February started earning through impact affiliate within 3 weeks. And their commission per sale is amazing. This is possible because I went for product based niche with easy keywords and good affiliate commission.
Just leave the guy, he will learn this sooner or later.

I wish I can even write as good as he is, omo nothing like passion once I can write good SEO optimized contents.

What I love about his submission is the content aspect. Focusing on content first rather than links is a very valid point. I can testify to that fact.

I disagree about writing in a niche you're passionate about only.

Just learn the art of SEO and research. You will nail any niche.

Don't blame him on that statement. He said this is his first year in blogging. Lol! Passion does not pay the bills in most cases. The sure ways to success in blogging are:
1: Master seo
2: Master the art of running successful adverts on Facebook
3: Have budget for quality backlinks.

I have sold more than 20 niches sites since 2018 and that's what experience has thought me.

UPDATE FOR JUNE & JULY 2023: SITE STILL GROWING!!

My apologies for skipping the update at the end of June. Been busy with hospital runs (yes, I'm a practising medical doctor) and managing other sites.

Here are the traffic figures for June and July:

June 2023: 9,400 unique visits

July 2023: 12,000 unique visits (despite that the site was down for 2.5 days due to a fire incident at the New York data centre of the hosting service I'm using).

Recall that the traffic in May was 7,300 unique visits. So, the site's traffic is still on an upward trend.

As for income, the figures aren't yet as impressive as I expected because I've been experimenting with different ad networks lately.

Nonetheless, here are the income figures:

June 2023: $102.37 (from Adsense only)

July 2023: $102.53 ($84.48 from Adsense + $18.05 from another ad network).

SITE FOR SALE!!

At this point, I've decided to sell the site to an interested buyer who'll keep growing it from where I stopped. So, I may not provide further updates on the project, as I have proven my point beyond doubt.

Note that I'm not selling with the Adsense account, as the account holds many of my other blogs. However, I have just applied for Adsense again using another account that I plan to sell with the site. I'm still waiting for approval, though.

So, if you have[b] just three million naira[/b] to invest in a growing project that is already making money, come and carry the site ASAP!

If no buyer shows up, I'll keep building and growing the blog. It's been an interesting journey so far.

I need your help please. Can I still get paid my Ezoic earnings that is more than their minimum payout if I switch to AdSense now and abandon Ezoic?

It will be hard for Nigerians to buy your site at that price without AdSense. Go to all these website flipping groups or permit me to help you sale it. I have many Philippines that has been buying most of my sites. Nigerians are dream killers when it comes to buying sites.

Omoh, that's massive, please what's your experience with ezoic because people are saying they are having bad experience with them, mainly it slows their websites and the ads clustering, what's your experience with them so far..

Apart from the speed, Ezoic has been rewarding. I didn't know small traffic of less than 140 page views daily could earn between $1-$2 daily with ezoic. And I was wasting my time applying for AdSense for months without success.

I switched to Ezoic because one guy from this thread showed his screenshot from Ezoic a month ago. Funny enough, I just got AdSense approval today. I will just stay with ezoic throughout this month, then try AdSense next month.
