After sch , I relocated to a new city, a place I hadn't gone to before. I squatted with my mum's cousin. I saw hell. I cook, clean the house everyday, I had to stay humble for a guy who is only 4years older than me and a stark illiterate. I endured a lot. It was just a room selfcon. I got there and after three weeks we parked out from his "face me I face you" compound into a new apartment. He had lived there for nearly ten years, but my spirit and knew I wasn't comfortable living in such environment. By God's grace we sourced for funds and got a nice virgin apartment. A year later, he impregnated a lady and asked me to move out. I said God. How?. Where will I go to?
I left . I ran into my old school mate and senior. He accommodated me until I was able to rent a place. Now my mum's cousin went broke, completely broke , sold all his properties one by one, including mattress and he relocated to the village.

I had the same problem for years and even UK doctors were not really able to help. The tablet Claritin helped but did not really defeat the problem so I don't think Nigerian doctors will be of much help to you as the condition is very rare.
The condition is the body's immune response to inflammation which I realized after taking pro biotic tablets to fix stomach issues. To my surprise the itching reduced drastically a few hours after taking the tablets.
I then decided to be eating fermented food instead of taking the tablets and got the same result. I now drink water kefir, eat sauerkraut and pro biotic yoghurt. So really my advice is for you to get pro biotic tablets which are rare in Nigeria unless you are in Abuja or Lagos.
A more realistic option is for you to learn about making sauerkraut and also making water kefir. Fix the inflammation and the itching should more or less stop. Take this post seriously, I've been there.

Try and get tetmosol bathing soap or the liquid one but seems the liquid one is scarce just get the bathing soap and use it continuously in sure you will be relieved

I use tetmosol soap.
Being using it for nearly fifteen years. I use no other soap than this.
