try this out - I am a girl and I used it cos i have always been skinny.
I was weighing a minute 49kg and i am 5ft 4/ After using this for just two weeks,
i was 52kg/ But i was even taking half recommended dose daily.
If you use the full dose and take it daily as well as u do a bit of weight
