You must be a truly lazy recruiter, because you keep discarding potential candidates based on very flimsy reasons. What specific value, does the e-mail address add to the candidate's credentials, or his/her ability to do the job? You people are very funny ....anyway, today's brand of recruiters have apps to do everything for them these days. I guess those apps have replaced their brains.

It is quite worrisome that a young person posted this and others are liking it. Very worrisome. There is no sound recruiter on earth or in mars that will entertain a funny email address that is totally unrelated to your name. How can your email address be crossfire345@gmail.com? Who will take you seriously. The OP has taken his time to educate young people here on what a professional application should look like and you just go ahead to tag him lazy. Do you know how many mails they have to open? They have to work smart. What will it even cost you to open a proper mail? 5 minutes at no cost. We need to be better.

Nigeria is at a point where most people are leaving in droves. It is like another round of brain drain and curiously, it also includes those who are doing very well financially. Personally, i would advise him to stay where he is.
But if he wants to come, also great! But money isn't everything. No matter how short you live abroad, you will still find a lot of things absurd here when you return. If he has a mindset of expecting the worst, he will be fine. Will he make more money? Of course, especially as you say he is an IT guru with years of experience. He really doesnt need a recruitment agency per se, he can throw his cv around or optimize it on Linkedin. But if he must use any agency, he can try Phillips Consulting or Adexen. Workforce too. Great idea to work before running a business. It'll help him study the terrain. Goodluck
