The prolonged humanitarian crisis has had a devastating impact on food security and nutrition Nigeria’s northeast, with 5.2 million people currently in need of food assistance including 50,000 people in faminelike conditions. In February 2017, the UN’s Secretary-General issued an urgent call to action to the international community. The inclusion of North-East Nigeria in the Secretary-General’s global call to action – alongside some of the largest humanitarian crises in the world – was a clear sign of the severity of the situation.
The displacement situation remains complex, with new displacements occurring simultaneously with returns of IDPs and refugees. Some 1.7 million people are internally displaced and over 1.2 people have returned ‘spontaneously’ to areas of habitual residence since August 2015, mainly in Adamawa State. Compounding existing humanitarian concerns are the movements of returnees from Cameroon into areas of high insecurity, and where the capacity of the humanitarian community to respond is stretched. Some 19,000 Nigerians have returned from Cameroon in 2017 – including 4,400 forced returns – and the Government of Cameroon has indicated the possible return of an additional 80,000 Nigerians in the coming months.... Track facility data, including compliance with medication, clinic attendance and blood glucose control parameters to support the QI capacity of providers in utilizing the data for program improvement.
Supervise facility level volunteers on optimal client follow up and retention in care, analyze & report factors contributing to observed client retention patterns to formulate intervention strategies for retention.
Ensure timely updates are provided to the state coordinating team including success stories, reports, logistics supply, commodities and daily service summaries.
Contribute to the development of lessons learned from programs and projects related to clinical management of diabetes mellitus and integrated medical services and apply these lessons to improve the design of new and existing programs.
Bring to the knowledge of the State Technical Officer – M&E questions that need to be solved such as inconsistencies or missing data by the originators of the source data.
Provide support to sites in the state, including interacting with site Program Managers, M&E focal points, other Implementing Agencies and local research groups on needs and ensuring that these parties understand and can support preparation and sorting of source documents for data to be entered into CommCare and reported to the donor.
Assist in conducting routine monitoring visits to project sites, including the conduct of data quality assessments (DQAs) using official tools, assist in the preparation of monthly reports, and provide supportive supervision.

Analyze qualitative data, costs, ROI, and programme benefits and recommend programme improvements and initiatives.
Content creation and publishing on various platforms.
Collaborate with colleagues and peers in other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field with a minimum of 2.1.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar role.
