also i ordered it on the 24th, I,m actually soo eager to get. its going to be shipped from overseas and they sent me an sms on 28th that the order has been shipped and i'll receive an sms on the day of delivery. What does it mean? Could i get the phone anytime soon?

Not anytime soon o...count ten to 11 working days that's when you should be expect it.
Mine since 17th and nothing yet.

I used Union Bank MasterCard ...

They usually reply on Facebook messenger after some hours.
Sorry about all this ish you have to go through.
* Check if the money has been returned to your account.
* Check if jumia sent any mail to you.
* Also keep on worrying them on all their social network till they respond.

Why is Jumia misbehaving today, I ordered this LEAGOO KIICAA Power and paid through Kongapay the payment went successful I was debited from my bank.. after about an hour I received another notification from jumia that my payment for the order has failed.. My kongaPay account history is showing the payment was completed .... I don't want to issue for a refund because I need this phone today badly.. this price might skyrocket after today
