u dont need medical form before u can do xray, it will only be needed when u are to do ur blood,eye,skin and urine test e.t.c. I am to do mine by monday.

have u seen any level adviser collecting any credentials in the green file except for course reg and bio data? Cos my level adviser told me that submitting of credentials is still january. As for medicals, just walk into the clinic, write ur name down and submit the photocopy of ur school fees and wait for ur turn to do x-ray

My level adviser said submitting of credentials will be till january, we weren't given any green file except those who were given for free after paying for t-shirts, and u cant even submit anything except ur course reg & bio data
