I dont know how I will upgrade mine to 4.1.2

its simple broda,i upgrade mine yesterday.The 4.1 version is more sweeterthan 4.0.Go to "about device" in phone setting and click update it wl start automatically.make sure u have 700mb if u r not uzin wifi and standard powr supply.

have you selected the MTP USB option? Try another USB cord to whether is's the cable.

broz i ran troubleshoot to find the problem and show me the driver of the phone is not install

pls im seriously in help need,my samsung cannot be detect detected by windows 8.1 its only charge the phone.Help me for the solution

Do a Google search for "Samsung usb drivers". They are widely available. Or you can download Kids 2.6 from the Samsung website

Does your laptop have the Samsung usb drivers installed? Are you sure your USB cable carries data? USB cables normally have 4 wires inside, black and red for power, green and white for data. Cheap after market cables might only have the power cables for charging and leave out the data cables. So u might want to try a different cable. Also have u tried connecting the phone to another computer? The N7000 is a reliable warhorse. Still have mine functioning even though I have put all manner of rom inside it. I even put the Ubuntu phone OS just to have a feel of the interface

i think my problem is related to samsung drivers cuz i have no it on my laptop.My cable is funtion well,using to connect my nokia phone to browse.pls provide me link to download the drivers.Thanks
