OF course, the main motive of many private establishments is profit making but most of the time, in the process leading to the realization of this all-important motive, some other people benefit through chains of engagements which falls under direct and/or indirect employments. Nigeria as a country will benefit through taxation so as the host states, host LGAs and host communities.
If all things work out well, the ripple effects would run into multi-million dollars gain annually. So, the hosts need to be grateful. Rightly so!

Where some people see problems, others see opportunities. Lagos is a goose laying golden eggs. Those who part ways from Lagos business/commercial ecosystem will come to rue their poor judgement in time. Just watch out!

Truth is, so many creatures contribute absolutely nothing, and some, like man, actually do harm, like damage the environment and disruptive nature's balance. Also, millions have disappeared and no one misses them!

NO individual being is useless to existence. It may not be direct impact or beneficial impact, or even the impact may be so minute it's hardly noticeable but each one helps to keep the balance. The contribution maybe along the food chain, climate conditioning, or soil structure and composition, or whatever, but each live is certainly not meaningless.

Focal point should be mechanized agriculture. Lagos should procure and invest heavily in agriculture in some southwest state with big landmass with agreement that at least 60% of each harvest is shipped to Lagos undettered while host state benefits off the remaining 40% （or less）.
The reason we're here is because of inadequacy brought up by over reliance on our northern brothers.

Akwa Ibom state is the second largest oil producing state. Despite billions of allocation given to the state by the federal government, nothing much to show. My brothers and sisters there are living in penury, no work , nothing to show. A lot spent so much resources, gone to school even to Ph.d level still no work. Godswill Akpabio the clownish senate president now and Udom Emmanuel did nothing than looting the state even the present state governor Umoh Eno won't be an exception.

Because they managed to construct roads and built some infrastructures, they've tried, and fóolish people keep on singing their praises to high heavens without knowing how much these people gulped every month. Tackle poverty in Akwa Ibom by giving our graduates jobs ,create skills acquisition centres for those who are unable to go to school. The rate of poverty and suffering in that state is saddening and does not depict the fact that Akwa Ibom is one of the richest state in Nigeria.


How Akwa Ibom person for suffer tell me ? Or having the thought of going to other states to do house girl/boy for meagre pay. When I reason dis thing my head de boil. Politicians no go die better. God punish them.

YOU are complaining about situation in Akwa Ibom that's a little better in general welfare of her residents than Delta state that got almost half of the entire cake. What would you do then if you're a resident of the latter?
