If you dont know, PTF was disbanded over a year and half after OBJ took over in 1999. During that period, Buhari looted the country dry, #fact. Buhari caused recession in 1983-1984 ( no pdp then to blame), and the same incompetent president have put us in another recession. Half of the year is almost gone and we are yet to have the Budget of this year signed and implemented. The incompetence and negligence of this government is out of this world.
