For casting then four bags might not really be bad for a 20sqm area, but for hanging I'll suggest another four bags.

Note that it is always safer to divide by 2.5 rather than the 5 you stated above.
2.5 divide gives you a leverage should there be the need for some enormous designs. For a 20sqm area I would opt for 8bags for a complete installation.
