Every society is actually like this.., on the default level.
What makes it look like they are better than Nigerians is the effectiveness of the rule of law.
The.more the law is effectively implemented, the more these sorts of behaviour are eradicated.
From.my experience living in different societies, most people act right, not necessarily because they want to, but because the law is there to set them right if they don't.
Make the good laws and apply them..

Who is going to enforce the law nah? As long as there's no enforcement then let us continue with the pop collapsing due to poor job and other half bake service deliveries all rounder.

Lack of quality training and quality certifications of artisans and sundry occupations/professions has made it very hard to get quality jobs done by these people. Even most of these PoP jobs are done by Togolese and Ghanaians because they were trained effectively in their countries. As usual, rather than building such training centers here, we chose to import the services!

We need to start valuing good certificates by insisting that before folks operate in this country as masons, carpenters, brick layers, mechanics, electricians, painters, nurses and all that, they must have gone to a well organised formal school, they must have been trained to specifics and they must have passed a series of rigorous examinations that provide them with quality/dependable certificates..

We don't do that over here at the moment. We don't even have enough schools/skills acquisitions center to train the young in these areas. They are not properly trained, so do you expect them to give you propwr services? You avoid building training institutions to produce more quality trainees, but when you have a need to have this kind of work done, you call on someone who barely learned enough of his jobs rudimentaries from the road side.

What do you expect then? Perfect work?
That's not happening..

Nigerians don't pay for a good quality service delivery, they will prize you anyhow knowing fully well that they can easily call on another artisan. You can't pay a low amount and expect quality, the so call engineers are the worse, they give you job as if they are doing you a favor. Most of them won't even give you your balance after you've delivered on the job.
We are all so wicked in this country and that is why I don't pity most people when calamity fall on them.

Hotel business is a very lucrative business, the amount of money you are willing to invest in it determines the scale of your operation. Hotel business is capital intensive so I will suggest you look into a guest house business with your 25million available funds.

I will suggest you don't really go into a full lodge operation, choose short time operation instead. If you'll need every other modalities on guest house operation then you can contact me.
